Survey of line using GPS, route alignment and , preparation of survey report and uploading in the web portal after approval of project manager.

Insertion of one HT PSC pole in existing OH line including digging & backfilling pit in all classes of soil, fitting cross arm, insulators, binding etc., drawing sufficient length of GI earth leads to the ground for earthing.

Insertion of one HT 'A' type pole in existing OH line including digging & backfilling pit in all classes of soil , fitting cross arm, insulators, binding etc., drawing sufficient length of GI earth leads to the ground for earthing.

Providing concrete muffing for A pole of size 0.45x0. 45x1.5m (0.5m above GL and 1m below GL). Excavation 0.45x0.45x1m, concrete (1:3:6, 20mm) 0.45x0.45x1.5m, Plastering (1:3) 12mm 0.45x0.45mx5sides

Fitting and providing one HT Stay for 11kV pole - excavation of stay pit in all classes of soil and back filling including erection of complete stay set along with with GI stay wire ( 7/3.15 mm dia), binding of stay wire, by providing guy stay insulator ( 2 Nos) and .2 cum concreting 1 part cement, 3 part sand, 6 part 40 mm size stone aggregate chips ( 1:3:6) as per technical specification, approved drawings etc. .

Renewal of existing damaged/old 11kV Stay with complete stay set along with excavation of stay pit in classes of soil with GI stay wire ( 7/3.15 mm dia), binding of stay wire, by providing guy stay insulator ( 2 Nos) and .2 cum concreting 1 part cement, 3 part sand, 6 part 40 mm size stone aggregate chips ( 1:3:6) as per technical specification, approved drawings & backfilling of pit, dismantling, refitting of all items in place including the conveyance of the taken back materials to KSEBL store and stacking the same with proper documentation as directed by KSEBL.

Fitting and providing one Strut using HT PSC pole using proper size of strut clamp ( GI) including digging and back filling pit in all classes of soil. The Cost includes cost of Strut clamp also.

Fitting and providing one HT Fly stay for 11kV pole using HT PSC pole, drawing sufficient length of GI earth leads to the ground for earthing including excavation of stay pit in all classes of soil and back filling, erection of complete stay set along with GI stay wire ( 7/3.15 mm dia), binding of stay wire, providing guy stay insulator ( 2 Nos) and .2 cum concreting 1 part cement, 3 part sand, 6 part 40 mm size stone aggregate chips ( 1:3:6) as per technical specification, approved drawings etc. .

Dismantling (without damage) 11 kV line (Three conductors) /LT line including dismantling cross arm, insulators, disc, spacers, disconnecting jumper connection etc & disconnection of service connection where ever necessary & rolling the conductor and stacking the materials and then transporting safely to the KSEBL store and stacking the same with proper documentation as directed by KSEBL.

Stringing of 11 kV line with Covered conductor HT 99 sqmm conforming to EN 50397 - 1 2020 (3 conductors) after fitting insulators, binding conductors to pin insulators using helical UV plastic tie suitable for any neck dia, fixing disc insulators and anchoring with anchoring clamps including cut point works.The works also includes 1. Touching clearance where ever necessary 2. Doing straight joint on HT covered conductor 99 Sqmm using the mid span jointing kit as per specification. 3. Doing one cable end termination on HT covered conductor 99 Sqmm using the cable jointing kit as per specification. 4. Re erection of dismantled LT lines and all associated materials ( including street light fittings) / re connection of dismantled service connections whereever necessary. 5. Straightening of poles wherever necessary. 6. Installation of Insulation piercing connector ( Bare to Covered conductor & Covered conductor to Covered conductor) for branching suitable for HT Covered conductor 99 Sqmm etc

Erection of 11kV LA set ( 3 Nos) with supporting plates and giving all connections etc including cost of earth strip - GI ( 25 x 3mm) and its drawal.

Providing one Coil Earth using No.8 GI-earth wire (50mm dia, 115 turns) including digging separate pit (0.45x0.45x1.5m) at standard distance away from the pole/structure all classes of soil& backfilling.

Providing one Earth using GI earth pipe of size 40mm dia,2.5 m length including digging separate pit (0.45X0.45X2.5 m) at standard distance (1.5m) away from the pole/structure in all classes of soil and backfilling the pit with Bentonite powder and other accessories for improving earth resistance and providing earth chamber with covering slab complete.(includes the cost of adeqaute earth enhancing compound- Bentonite powder etc)

Dismantling (without damage) one 11kV PSC/RCC pole after disconnecting stays, strut etc. attached thereon and stacking the same.

Renewal of existing damaged/old 11kV PSC/RCC Pole with new 'A' type pole in place including excavation, erection of new pole, backfilling pit and refitting of all items etc. and conveyance of all materials except pole.

Renewal of any type of existing damaged/old 11kV Strut with new 'A' type strut in place including excavation & backfilling of pit, consolidating, dismantling and refitting of all items and conveyance of all materials except pole.

Renewal of any type of existing damaged/old 11kV Strut with new PSC strut in place including excavation & backfilling of pit, consolidating, dismantling and refitting of all items including the conveyance of the taken back materials to KSEBL store and stacking the same with proper documentation as directed by KSEBL.
