TENDER NOTICE FOR CARRYING OUT INTERIOR DECORATION WORK OF KSRTC BUS TO BE CONVERTED INTO FOOD TRUCK

FLOORING:- Providing and fixing of 18 mm ply of approved brandsabove the existing bus platform(1" height) and pasting of High Quality PVC Synthetic sheet (4mm thick) on ply platform . The platforms shall be fixed to the frame work with the screws and the joints shall be flushed and finished with requisite jointing compounds paper tapes etc. Rates includes execution of works in different levels/offsets etc. e. Rate inclusive of materials transportation, loading/unloading labor, tools and tackles up to any lead and lift complete in all respect.

WALL PANNELING:-Providing and fixing of 8 mm ply of approved brands on top and it is to be covered with laminates(mica) and other decorative panels as directed by the concerned site incharge at the time of work.

CEILING:-Providing and fixing of 6 mm flexy ply of approved brands with laminates and lasercut rubwood reaper in preffered area as directed by the concerned site incharge at the time of work.

CASH COUNTER:-Providing, fabricating and fixing of cash counter with particle board (18mm) and Laminates(mica) 29" x 24" x 36"

CHAIR:-Providing, fabricating and fixing of chairs with 1" GI Square tube frame and rubwood top seating as instructed by the concerned site incharge at the time of work.

TABLE:-Providing, fabricating and fixing of Tables with 1" GI Square tube frame, rubwood top and the top is to be covered with laminates(mica) as instructed by the concerned site incharge at the time of work.(36" x 22")

SHELF PACKING:-Providing and fixing of 18 mm Particle Board Shelf packing and rubwood reapers (2") of approved brands as instructed by the concerned site incharge at the time of work. (36" X 12") (1) 7' * 1.5' (2) 17' * 1.5' 4 Nos. of racks at each side

ELECTRICAL WORKS:-Providing, fixing of 9 W LED punch lamps (20 Nos) in the ceiling, 12 W LED punch lamps(14 Nos) in the outside and Decor Lighting (3 W & 1 W) (40 Nos) at the steps and exteriors of the bus with suitable cables and proper electrical inspeterate approved branded materials and on positions as instructed by the concerned site incharge at the time of work.

ROOFING WORKS:-Providing and fixing 0.37mm roofing sheets (TATA/JSW) on the roof of the food truck with necessary structure works and the sheets shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws.

DÉCOR WORKS:=Providing and fixing of Product(Theme) photos on the interior walls, Milma Branding out side the Bus, Artificial Grass with aluminium beadings on the steps with decorative flowers as instructed by the concerned site incharge at the time of work.

ACP BOARDS:-Providing and fixing of ACP with approved brands(alstrong) make 3mm thick ACP with vinyl stickers for the artwork provided by milma

LED BOARD:-Supply and installation of LED Projecting board with lights in milma logo and writing with 3/4 GI square frame with board size of 8' x 2' and 16' x 2'

PAINTING:-Providing and painting the whole food truck with the artwork provided by milma including the cost for pain as instructed by the concerned site incharge at the time of work.

LAND SCAPING:-clearing the frontage area of the food truck and leveling the front are with baby metal, decorating the area with plants as instructed by the concerned site incharge at the time of work

PLUMBING & SANITARY WORKS:-Providing and fixing of proper sanitary system with wash counter along with the granite top, 200 ltr water storage tank, water tap and proper waste water management system with dumping pit

STICKER WORKS:-Providing and fixing of vinyl stickers with milma logo/Artwork provided by milma. Backside glass (5' x 4'), 27" x 8" (3 Nos), Backside body (8' x 4'), Side Body (34' x 3')
