Assistance in inspection activity of D9 tubes or Inc 800 SG tubes comprising of (i) Tube preparation like Feeding and sorting of tubes and Fixing of end caps before UT or (ii) Changing over the die set up of HPT unit (for straight tube) suiting to different sizes or (iii) End cutting of bend tubes for flare test, handing over the samples to respective labs and Photocopying/printing of ET/UT charts
Assistance in inspection activity of D9 tubes or Inc 800 SG tubes comprising of (i) Visual inspection and tube segregation with Record entry and verification at a testing station or (ii) Dimensional measurement of tubes with micrometer or go-no go gauges and tube segregation with Record entry and verification at a testing station or (iii) Sample cutting & deburring as required for mechanical, metallurgical, chemical & corrosion tests and/or Carrying out Leg length measurements for each bend radius
