Repairs to 01 cusec capacity pump of Waskura LIS by way of: a) Decoupling of the pump from the motor, dismantling it from base frame, suction and delivery side, bringing it to upper contour, dragging to road site, shifting to work shop for repairs. Charges include loading, unloading and carriage. b) Complete dismantling of pump at work shop, cleaning of its parts with kerosene oil for thorough inspection and extraction of damaged parts by engaging skilled manpower and special tools. c) Repairs to SS Shaft at excessively worn out places by welding (rebuilding) then turning and finishing of the shaft to proper size and finishing of bearing seats also (04 spot). d) Providing and fitting of bearing No. 6308 (02 No.) of any reputed make and its adequate greasing. e) Manufacturing, providing and fitting of new sleeve fabricated out of SS material as per sample (02 no.) f) Repairs to the GM impeller by way of rebuilding, turning and finishing impeller hub and vanes using brass/bronze welding. g) Removing of broken/damaged studs/bolts from pump body, boring and tapping along with fasteners of suitable size. h) Replacement of damaged cooling nipple, oil seal and pipe. i) Providing and fitting of palmative gland packing & assorted size nuts and bolts. j) Manufacturing providing and fitting of key SS Key (01 no.). k) Assembling of pump at workshop after carrying out all required repairs/ replacements and then shifting it back to site in a privately owned load carrier, its reinstallation at site and testing on full load. Job includes all charges for handling, loading, unloading, head loads and carriage etc. all tools and tackles required for proper execution of work shall be provided by the firm.

Providing and fitting TC-14 coupling set complete for pumping unit along with flexible rubber tyre. Taking dimensions of prime mover shaft and pump shaft at site and then boring the CI coupling halves as per site requirement on lathe machine at workshop. Complete linear and angular alignment of prime mover and pump shafts for smooth operation including providing and fitting of coupling bolts. Tested pumping unit on full load at site.

Repairs/periodic maintenance of 150 mm foot valve installed on suction by way of extraction of foot valve from their installed position by means of cutting damaged/rusted/worn out bolts The job includes reconditioning of hinges, hinge bolts, weight plate, valve seat, valve body by way of welding, patching, grinding etc. Providing and fitting of rubber insertion cloth replacing the rusted/damaged parts, nuts, bolts, hinges etc. as per requirement, cutting the old damaged/rusted MS bars of strainer and providing and fitting of new MS bars. Re-fitting to suction line and testing on full load.
