Running of Guest House

Monthly Charges for overall maintenance of guest house including arranging Check in Check out Of Guests (24 Hours, 365 days), room service (including room , reception service, housekeeping service for whole premises, catering service, manpower, hospitality etc. ) Please refer point no 20 (A, B & C) of special conditions.

A: Fruit Juice, Bread Butter, Jam, Corn flakes, boil egg/omelet with milk & Tea or Coffee AND B: Paratha (aaloo/gobhi/mix veg/paneer) with curd OR C: Poori Bhaji/Uttapam/Sandwich OR D: Plain Paratha with Sabji OR E: Bread Pakoda/Aaloo Wada/Saboodana Wada/Dhokla with sauce / chatni OR F: Idli/Upama/Masala Dosa with Sambhar and chatni / Sambhar Vada OR G: Paratha (aaloo/gobhi/mix veg/paneer) with curd/Dal Kachori with chutni OR H: Poha/Upama/Poori with sabji

* As per prevailing practice there will not be any restrictions on the quantity of any item. Note: 1. Separate rate for each item as mentioned above may also be indicated. These rates should not be more than market rates when compared. 2. Rates should be quoted inclusive of Sales Tax/other govt. levies. 3. Refer terms and conditions 4. The institute will be deducting minimum of 10% of the total income from catering services as institute’s infrastructure usage charges. Bidders can offer higher percentage of deduction.
