Replacement of media and filters and miscellaneous works of STP at Trichy Airport

Supply and replacement of Fine Bubble Tube Diffuser with SS adaptor of size 63mm Dia x 610mm long along with EPDM membrane and having Air flow of 2m3 / hr, 3/4" NPT connection with PVC support etc., as required.

Supply and filling of Fab media in Fab reactor I & II located at STP including removing & disposing the old media, cleaning the Bio reactor -I and II, filling with new media, testing, commissioning etc., complete as required.

Replenishing including supply of media of Pressure sand filter (PSF), comprising of suitable pebbles of various sizes , media consisting of layers of fine sand, coarse sand, silex and various sizes of pebbles to fill in pressure sand filter located at STP including removing & disposing the old media, cleaning the sand filter filling with new media, testing, commissioning etc., complete as required.

Replenishing including supply of media of Activated carbon filter consisting of layers of activated carbon, silex and various sizes of pebbles to fill in carbon filter located at STP including removing & disposing the old media, cleaning the carbon filter filling with new media, testing, commissioning etc., complete as required.

Servicing of "Swam" make of Air blower including replacement of any faulty spares as required. (Spares will be arranged by AAI)

Supply of horizontal, centrifugal and self priming filter feed pump having capacity 10m3/hr @30m head, close coupled with 5HP induction motor suitable for suction pipe/ flange size 80mm and delivery pipe/ flange size 80mm and suitable for operation on 415 V, 50 Hz, AC supply.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Filter Feed Pump at STP including all required accessories like valve, elbow, reducer, flange as per site requirement and dismantling of existing pump & shifting the pump to store etc as required.

Supply of 3.5CX95 Sq.mm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor underground power cable of 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part-1) with up to date amendments etc complete as required

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 16205, Part 24 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/METAL/DWC-HDPE pipe as required. Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. Mm
