M&L for Pre cast cement concrete type 1:3:6 type C-2 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring/Plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick cement concrete type B- 2,1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/hard standing of flexural 40kg/per square centimeter in field using 400kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25cm or less complete all as specified and directed.

Disposal of collected garbage / debris from any site in Dockyard to outside Naval Dockyard all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and getting debris outside Dockyard premises all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks,manhole covers, duct covers and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer all complete all as specified and directed.
