Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of energy rating 5 star, inverter split Air Conditioner capacity 2 Ton with indoor and outdoor unit comprising of the following:- (a) Multi-stranded copper conductor wire 4 core, 2.50 Sqmm not less than 3.0 mtrs with copper lugs. (b) Incoming and outgoing high quality copper pipe with foam insulation duly white taped of each size not less than 3.0 mtrs. (c) Key features: - (i) Multi adjustable mode. (ii) High ambient cooling. (iii) Super dry. (iv) Turbo cooling. (v) Anti microbial air filteration. (vi) Eco-friendly refrigerant R-32/ R-410A. (vii) 100% copper. (viii) Sleep mode. (ix) Wide voltage range operation. Notes: - (i). Extra copper pipe and multistranded copper conductor wire required for Air Conditioner to be installed on parapet wall of building roof top shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii). Rate for scaffolding/ladder/tools and plants required to install Air Conditioner i.e. for making holes to wall, drilling, making good disturbed surfaces and matching with the existing colour shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii) Outdoor unit should be kept above the level of Indoor unit. For installaiton of ground floor ACs oudoor should be on wall surfaces and for first floor ACs should be on parapet wall of roof top of the building with out extra cost to the Govt all as directed by Engr-in-chrg. (iv) The MES No should be painted on indoor and outdoor unit with navy blue colour letters of size not less than 15 mm height. Drain pipe should be clamped up to plinth protection. No extra claim should be allowed for drain pipe from indoor unit to plinth protection of outside the building. (v) The quoted rates are also inclusive of making holes in brick/stone wall for installation of Air Conditioner and making good to the exisitng surface with putty and paint in as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 19.00 TO 21.00:- (a) All the arrangements for loading unloading and placement on platform and disconnecting old unserviceable transformer & stablizer shall be deposited/shifted to MES Store yard by the contractor without any extra cost. (b) Contractor shall submit test certificate from the manufacturer and CP vouchers before processing the RAR. (c) Contractor shall get the make, specification and drawing approved prior to placing order. (d) Contractor shall arrange factory inspection of transformer before despatching it from factory. (e) All defects shall be rectified at site till the satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. (f) Testing of transformer at various load factors shall be done at site with the help of OEM technician till achieving satisfactory result at site in front of Engineer-in-Charge. (g) All the HT/LT UG cables shall be properly connected it at their respective terminals without any any contact before testing. (h) Contractor should submitt warranty certificate of Transformer & Stablizer from OEM.
