(The area is tentative it may increase or decrease as per actual records from PWD department). During surprise visit or complaints from authority regarding non cleanliness or cleanliness not upto mark in the ward/unit/court yard or any area under contract, the penalty will be imposed @Rs. 25,000/- per such complaint case if found true by the authority. Note : The bidder have to provide safety gloves + brooms + swab + cutter + apron + uniform + badge + Identity card + Gum boots + cleaning materials like floor cleaning non-toxic chemicals + disinfectants +Phenyl + glass cleaning chemicals + Anti mosquito liquid pesticide + coloured covered plastic buckets + puncture proof bins + coloured plastic non-hazardous bags + toilet cleaner + room fresher + Bleaching powder + chemical neutralizers etc. within the rates awarded on per squire feet basis. No extra payment will be made for any such item.

All the items must be as per norms of CPCB guidelines. Note : The bidder has to segregate the various bio medical wastes on the spot of generation and accordingly they have to provide adequate quantity of CPCB color coated containers/bins on the sports. Transportation from the site up to incineration point will be done by tenderer.
