Dis-connecting the HT 11KV VCB panel indoor/ outdoor capacity ranging from 400 to 1200 Amp of any make, Over hauling of complete panel by taking out the trolley of the breaker, opening the total mechanism of breaker checking its contact, baffle plates and other minor parts, cleaning the complete accessories carefully. Minor repairs shall be rectified, Parts/accessories shall be cleaned, the tank, baffle plates, rotating contact, upper supports, lower supports, drive assembies and all other spare parts. Reassembled after repair/ replacement of the spare parts including relay calibration, testing of existing IDTM relay as per load parameter complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Repair work shall be carried out only by the authorised technician for VCB. Filteration of transformer oil of step down 11 KV / 0.433 KV indoor/outdoor type Transformer installed at different sub stations/locations using filtration and heating equipment at site by re-circulating transformer oil heating, dehydration and improving di-electric strength of the oil to withstand 60 KV for one minute including testing of oil as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) The contractor will take shut down orders in working before commencement of the work from Engineer-in-charge. (b) The contractor shall ensure no wastage at transformer oil. (c) The Contractor is solely responsible for any damage to the transformer during filetration operations. He is responsible for making good any damage to the transformer at his own cost without any extra cost to the department (d) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before starting the dehydration (e) The di-electric strength of oil shall be tested before & after filtration. Test results shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge

Supply and filling fresh Transformer Oil of BDV not less than 50 KV for topping up of reduced level of the transformer duly filtered with filtration plant all as specified and as directed. Supply and Fix in replacement of HV Porcelain bushing of rating 11 KV, 250 to 630 Amps complete suitable for indoor/ outdoor type, step up/ step down transformers of any make/ model complete all as specifieed and as directed.

M & L opening the bus bar and rear panel of LT Panel board (01 Nos incoming and upto 06 Nos outgoing), disconnecting the cables from the busbars, replacement of suitable size of aluminium lugs of various size through desired method, replacement of burnt out nuts/bolts, replacement of cable glands, replacement of internal wiring, replacement of partially burnt out bus bar (if required) taking down carefully the copper/aluminium bus bar as required at site, scrapping the bus bar by emery paper for removing the silt/carbon, replacement of PVC insulation tape (RYB),and taking down the rusted portion of door including removing bends/dents,refixing the door with new hinges,handles,nut bolts making good to disturb area & complete assembling the bus bar, LT Panel board complete for testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M &L for preparation of old painted surface of Bas bar chember, ACBs, APFC panel, LT panel boards/feeder pillar boxes consoles etc external & internal surfaces of by scrubbing/CTC by emary paper by removing stains/rusted scales etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint as colour approved by Engr-in-charge over a one coat of zinc oxide primer complete and cleaning meters/indicators/MES Nos,making good complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M &L for repairs to LT panels/Feeder pillar boxes/cope point box by opening door hinges and taking down the rusted portion of door including removing bends/dents,refixing the door with new hinges,handles,nut bolts making good to disturb area complete all as pecified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for isolating, cutting, removing the existing damaged end termination and S&F outdoor end termination Cold shrinkable outdoor type (Earthed) suitable for HT UG cable XLPE insulated 3 Core 120 to 185 Sqmm 11KV grade including preparation complete all as directed. (Make: REPL/3M/Raychem)

Supply and laying un-rainforce, precast concrete cable cover class LV, type-I of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40mm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm and 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to galvanised GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm size by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of the galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point including watering arrangement with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, MS Funnel, Wire Guage, 50 mm thick precast RCC Coverin Type B1 including necessary excavationin any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m, char coal and salt complete all as shoen in electrical Plate No. 3of SSR Part-1 2009 and conecting to earth test point all as specified and as directed.
