Supply & Fixing in repair 240 V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circiut breaker ( MCB) of Single pole and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing propeller type AC ventilating fans 230 volts, 50 C/S heavy duty 1400 RPM, 300 mm sweep (Exhaust fan) metal body and blades protected by metal guards,Bird guard for safetry,two sleeves bearings, complete including the ragged bolts in wall, fixing the frame on the exhaust side (outer surface of the wall) and connecting with and including PVC insulated three core white 23/.0076 copper cable, rubber insulated from ceiling rose to exhaust fan motor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 on ser page No 497 of MES schedule 2009, Part – I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board / main DB’s / earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in all directions with & including watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150 mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C1, GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade up to 7.5mtr from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch & GI pipe light grade 15mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost to Govt by the contractor.
