M&L Sub main wiring with two single core FRLSH, PVC insulated unsheathed , 1100 Volts grade, copper cable 4 sqmm stranded conductor and drawing through PVC conduit (MMS ISI marked) of suitable size with accessories including contineous earth wire FRLSH,PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade, cable 4 sqmm copper conductor and connected to common earth dolly including taking down old submain wiring and making good disturbed surface matching with the existing shade/tint.complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) One run of conduit, two runs of cable and one run of earth wire shall be measured and paid as one unit.

M&L Reparing/rewinding of u/s ceiling fan of any make/model and sweep for ovehauling/servicing, cleaning and lubricating movable parts with suitable lubricating oil/grease and painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour (spray painted) after preparing the surface throughly and refixing at site at same/different location and connection complete from ceiling rose with new flexible chord of copper of suitable size, testing commissioning after completion of the work complete all as specified and directed. [Note:- (1) Rewinding of fans included in this quoted rate.(2) U/s fan(ceiling) will be issued by department /user].

M & L for Earthing with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40 mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in Plate No. 2 ( SSR Part-1) to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated , necessary excavation any type of soil, CI chamber cover 10 mm with 6 mm rod , wire mess, funnel, test point, 20 mm dia GI protection pipe medium grade etc complete and testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (4 mm wire lead upto 7.5 RM will be included in the item rate . (Note :- Fresh agriculture soil / black dirt or soil with a high organic conten will be used for filling the dug as required when rocky /sandy soil found at site to achieve the desired resistance from out side without any extra cost.

Supply and laying dry coarse sand as in cushioning of under ground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 Cm (15 Cm under the cable & 8 Cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 Cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Thickness after punning down shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying in trenches Bricks, sub class 'B' over burnt (kiln burnt) old size bricks, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT cable in trenches or on poles / walls, XLPE Insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core for laying in trenches and poles /walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing GI Pipe light grade 80 mm dia, ISI marked, of required length for protection of cables complete including necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed. Note 1:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount. Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embossed with contractor's firm name while carrying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose. Note 3:-The tenderer (all eligible contractors) shall ascertain the taxes & levies as on date. The subject tender caters all the taxes & levies as on date including the latest notification of GST issued as on date ( issued by Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs)
