Material and labour for glazed ceramic colour tiles size 300 mm x 450 mm x 6-7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and dismantling of existing wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete in ground floors and pavings nexc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course to floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out & removing existing roof treatment of any description completely upto concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key,sweeping clean and scrubbing down with water etc to remove dust etc,complete all as specified..

Material and labour for brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 Kg of cement per Sqm on cleaned roof/wall surface complete all as specified.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement in roof surface, complete all as specified and as directed.(Note- WPC shall be measured and paid separetely.)

Supply only integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions ,complete all as specified.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated or plain, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, chajja and parapet wall covering fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick (AZ-150) of an ecofriedly colour having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for providing & fixing false ceiling of Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS : 14862) of size 595x595mm and any one of the design (Cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel section (Galvanised @120 grams, both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made from 0.30mm thick sheet spaced at 1200mm c/c and cross 'T' of size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm sheet 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600mm and size 15x32 mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x22x0.40mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable wire of 4mm dia with galvanised butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200mm c/c along main 'T', bottom exposed width of 15mm of all 'T'' sections of 4mm dia GI wire shall be pre-painted with polyester paint and black painted groove at center of size 4mm depth and 4.5mm width including dismantling of old boarding complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced Cement concrete as in overhead tank of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. Note: Capacity of tank not execeeding 2000 ltrs
