Dismantling structural steel work including doors,gates but except trusses. NOTE : The existing lattice towers shall be dismantled which are 30 to 36 Metres hight.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

Disposal of debris obtained from demolition upto a distance of 3.0 KM out side MD land at location as shown by Eng-In-charge complete.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring including batten/conduit by unscrewing from wall, ceiling and making good surfaces to match with original status all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully light fitting any type any light.

Taking down MCB DB any type with MCB SP, MCB SPN.

Taking down carefully aluminium strip of size 25x3mm.

Taking out carefully LT UG cable 4 core 16 Sqmm

Taking down unserviceable Aviation obstruction light LED type 10W filament-less bulb complete including standard fixing arrangements.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in Hard/ Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No.13 above but depth exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3.0m

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth of soft/loose soil; for foundation, etc. or for wells, manholes, etc. and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete M-7.5 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-30 design mix (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate)as in foundation, including raft footing foundation, beam ,bases for columns etc, basement, slabs, under reamed piles and mass concreteall as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footing, base of columns, raft and raft beam, sides of soffits of foundation & plinth beam and similar work in flat with fair finished surface all as specified and as directed.

S&F HSCRS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required cranking hooking and binding with and including MS wire not less than 0.90 mm dia MS wire all as specified and as directed.

S&F HSCRS TMT bars 6 to 8 mm mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

S&F Nut and bolt 30mm dia of size 1.66m long with the required shape for base plate, fixed in RCC foundation with proper supporting arrangements for keeping the bolts in required alignment complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F HSFG (High Strength Friction Grip) Bolts (machine made) length of bolt 50 to 100mm (12-20mm dia) as required with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other end to be fitted with washer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Structural steel Fe 410W (Gde E-250 Quality B) for Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. complete all as shown in drawings and as specified and as directed. NOTE : The work is involved in Lattice Tower of height 30 Mtrs.

S&F Structural steel Fe 410W (Gde E-250 Quality B) for Staircase (framed) including stringers, treads, landing, balusters, hand rails etc, including cleats, brackets, etc. complete all as shown in drawings and as specified and as directed. NOTE : The work is involved in Lattice Tower of height 30 Mtrs.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of PU finished (International Orange / White) Paint over two coats of epoxy Micaceous Protection (Not less than 100 micron) over two coats of zinc rich epoxy primer (Not less than 60 micron) for tower complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : The work is involved in Lattice Tower of height upto 30 Mtrs.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white wash on newly plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore 150mm thick spread thickness with stone/broken boulders or quarried stone of size not exc 63mm deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 150mm thick , M-7.5(using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 150mm thick, M-15 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in flooring, curb or similar type of work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep and getting out in Hard/ Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filiing under floors or below paver blocks including watering and ramming all as specified and as directed

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of 80mm thick , M-40 grade concrete with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 all as specified and as directed

Design, Fabrication, supply , erection and testing of winch pulley machine with handle system (Steering handle), Manually operated wire rope at steel structural tower of 30 M high. Note: (i) 3 runs of 1.5 Sq.mm & one run of 25mm dia PVC Conduit will be measured as one unit.

S&F Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long all as specified and as directed

S&F Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Test point terminal box of size 200x100x100mm made out of 2mm thick hot dip galvanised sheet drilled and screwed including 6 Nos. 15mm long hexagonal head screws complete with test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.
