Material and labour for grubbing of tree trunk of girth exc 30cm but not exc 100cm including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground digging out roots filling holes and levelling off ground stacking of serviceable materials and removing of unserviceable materials to a distance not exc 50m and clearing the site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete(1: 2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in Benching /floor kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes and sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for pipes of 450 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete layer below pile cap/grade beam and foundation complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces incl finishing surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Painting on road kerb stone exc 10cm wide with road marking paint white or golden yellow complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Painting lines,dashes,letters etc on roads pavements and the like not exc 10 cm wide with thermoplastic materil to standard temperature and with gas and laying standard thickness of 2mm using thermoplastic @ 6.50 kg/Sqm and glass beads @ 250gm/Sqm including cleaning the surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete pipe 450 mm bore, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1.00 Sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and gradient road metal, watering and well ramming(incl supply of road metal) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying or picking gravelled or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400Sqm ,exc 50 mm and not exc 100 mm deep and preparation of surface to receive tack coat and filling low lying areas outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for soling ( or sub base) 200 mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulders or quarried stone (granite, trap, basalt) broken to size ranging 100mm to 50 mm interstices filled, surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with power roller of appropriate capacity to roll on narrow width complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness)WMM in two layers of 75 mm each with granite coarse aggegate of approved grading, mixed with stone dust all as per IRC 109-2015 in WMM Plant spread with mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to requried gradient and camber with power roller of appropriate capacity to roll on narrow width complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparing WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked and mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags and air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. complete and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) @ of 10 kg per 10 Sqm using (VG-10) grade bitumen complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer(VG-10) at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm paving bitumen complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thickness with 5.50% binder content by out of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber of gradient complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Cat eye model 290 series made of ABF body size 90x110x17mm dynamically designed very high impact strength and fitted with 2 Nos highly reflective reflector 3 M /dark eye fixed as per manufacturers instruction or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix guide post with two high performance 100 mm dia reflectors and one rectangular reflector of 70 mm x 23 mm fixed on both sides of guide post (MGP product cat No MGP-44/Road manufaturer India/Delineator Post ) Reflectors shall be positioned at the best eye guiding level so that drivers can be warned from a safe distance. The body of guide post shall be moulded in ABS plastic and fixed on powder coated steel pipe of 1000 mm height each complete and by cutting or in new parapet while construction and making good with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate of size 150 mm x 150 mm x 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and labour for Cleaning of new/ old painted surfaces of arrow, letters, etc on roads , pavements and like any width with thermoplastic materials to standard temp with gas and laying slandered thickness of approximate 2 mm by using thermoplastic materials @ 6.50kG/Sqm and glass beeds @ 250 gm /Sqm including cleaning of all surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving's n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and labour for 50 mm thick coarse aggregate for granolithic floors graded from 6.3mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Rubber speed bump (yellow & black colour) of Frontier Polymer PT Ltd model elegance of size 900 x 500 x 50 mm or reflector type (bead type) 6 holes for bolt weight 17 kg / piece including fixing as per manufacture instructioncomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller of appropriate capacity to roll on narrow width complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Felling of tree exc 100cm and not exc 150cm girth including cutting of trunk and branches stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to a distance not exc 50m and clearing site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Demolition of Brick/Stone work built in cement mortar incl all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
