Empanelment Fee of Rs.12,000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Only)

Applicant must be an Architect registered with Council of Architecture, India involved in rendering architectural services or MEP Consultant (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) or Civil Engineer or Consultant etc. involved in Engineering Design Services or Environmental Design Professional or Green Building Consultant.

The professional must have minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience after Graduation (as on last date of application mentioned in Annexure-II) in the area of Energy Efficiency in Buildings.

The professional should have completed minimum 1 certified/pre-certified green building projects where he/she worked on energy credit and has demonstrated compliance in the areas related to Green Rating (IGBC / GRIHA / LEED / GEM) or ECBC compliance or any other equivalent rating in last 5 years.

The professional should have at least one of the certifications namely; ECBC Master Trainer/GRIHA Evaluator or Trainer/IGBC AP / LEED AP / GEM CP or equivalent.

The professional should have knowledge and conversant with principles of energy simulation and should have ability to work on code compliance simulation tool using computer.

The professional should have attended and have certificate of 2 days / 3 days capacity building training programmes on ECBC/ ECSBC conducted by any SDA across India.

The professional must have basic infrastructure facilities namely, office premises (with address proof) with phone/ fax, PC system, email id, etc.

Presentation of applicant on the knowledge and project completed in the area of Energy Efficiency in Buildings.

Shall submit certificate if already empaneled with Bureau of Energy Efficiency, MOP, GOI

Not be involved in any major litigation that may have an impact affecting or compromising the delivery of services as required.

Not be black-listed by any Central / State Government / Institution / Public Sector Undertaking in India.
