Disconnecting,removing the water, electric connections and taking out carefully the old existing defective electric motor, 7.5 HP of booster pump / centrifugal pump of any description and in any position, dismantling and strip opening of the motor, removing the old existing burnt windings, cleaning the slots & rewinding of the electric motor 12.5 HP, operating on 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC supply with existing gauge super enameled copper wire, including insulating material such as illuminous paper, Letherized paper, cotton tape, glass sleeves insulating varnish etc for powering multistage booster pumps/ centrifugal pumps & testing at workshop and transportation to site & refixing on existing platform complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 1 here in above but motor of capacity 25.0 HP complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Disconnection electrical and water connection of the 12.5/21 HP centrifugal pump and transported to work shop opening carefully and replacement of bushes, gland packing, ball bearing, rubber gasket nut and bolt etcand fixing the require new parts excluding Item No (a) to (d) complete supply and repair and complete re-fixing its in original position and making out all electrical and water connection and testing complete all as specified. Note :- Rate includes transportation of motor from the place of installation for repairing and reinstalling the same on existing foundation & testing & commisioning.

Disconnecting, removing the water, electric connections and taking out carefully defective booster/centrifugal pump of capacity 105 HP, DSM model of Make Kirloskar,, three phase, 415 V, AC supply and carrying out necessary repairs and replacement of bearing bush, gland plate, impeller, nuts and bolts etc, any trasportation to workshop if required, Repair to bearing housing with metling and turning and fixing the same in position and testing on full load complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and opening of spare parts for servicing of water cooled DG set of following capacity coupled with alternator, Maintenance and servicing mechanically and electrically, including cleaning, oiling /greasing, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts,i.e diesel filter /oil filter /Air filter /fan belt /fuel pipe/ engine oil pipe /Engine Oil etc as required at site and manufacturer's instructions and checking of valves & nozzles etc, reassembling the parts of capacity 105 HP/ 75 KW DG set at position ensuring proper alignment connecting to existing system and making DG set perfectly operational and testing at site connected load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. (including mentioned in Srl No. 1.01 here in below)

Notes:-(i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A’ as `supply only ‘ but quoted rates are inclusive of replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, locking nuts, small springs, `O’ rings, screws/gaskets/ packing /studs etc. (ii) Engine oil shall be drained out carefully, collected by the contractor in his own suitable containers and stored properly for checking serviceability including cleaning of oil sump by pouring kerosene oil all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (iii) Fresh engine oil for DG sets shall be supplied by the contractor and cost of engine oil and filling is deemed to be included under the rates quoted by the contractor for above item.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including removing cable protection covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m all as directed. Note : (i) Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and brick protection. M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, holdfast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed with and including necessary form work complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, old size brick built in Cement Mortar (1:4), for manholes complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonary in cement motor or cement lime motor including all quions areches piller atc but excluding ashlar faring dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Disconnecting and taking out carefully old unserviceable cable and Supplying, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988 marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 Volts, cross sectional area 6 Sqmm 2 core size of cables laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall / passed through pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out carefully old unserviceable conduit and supply, laying and jointing rigid non metallic PVC conduit of following sizes exclucive of boxes but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts saddles pipe hooks etc.

Testing and minor repair including preventive and periodical maint with renewals of all existing Fire Alarm and fire fighting system once in a month (During 1st or Last week) for 100% serviceabilty of the complete including checking of terrac pump with control panel staters, Jockey pump, pressure switch, presure vessels fire hydrent valves, hose reals, Canvas hose ,Manual Call Point,Electronic Hooters ,Industrial Siren, gate valves, to make 100% serviceability of the complete including checking, cleaning of fire fighting and fire alarm system by removing dust or dirt, cleaning of heavy greasy deposit if any, and indicating eqpts,meters be checked by the opration of trigger device in each at all floors as described the system installed at officers of deal staff of E-4 & E-3, C-13, D-5, D-6 TOTAL--5 Blocks (G+05 story Bldg) of Deal Residental area as directed by Enginer -in-Charge.

(i) The rates quoted shall be inclusive T&P required for carrying repairs and stationery for maintaining records such as daily ,fortnightly,monthly,quarterly and yearly maintenence, complaints book etc all as described by the Engr in charge. (ii) Normally maintaenance shall be carried out in day time but in case of emergency /breakdown, it should be attenend at odd hrs/night times and additional manpower if required will be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost & rates. (iii) The contractor shall provide the service of trained personnel, ITI qualified mechanic and oprator with 3 yrs exeperience & helper shall 12th pass and supervisor shall be minimum diploma certificate holder with 3 yrs exeperience in the trade. (iv) All consumable & maint material such as oil, lubricants, grease, thimbles etc will be deemed to be included in the rate quoted against above schedule. (v) The contractor will use only genuine/original new parts as approved by original equipment manufacturer during repair and old unserviceable materials should be kept at site till verifiaction and proper register to be maintained complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (vi) In case any rewinding of motor is required cost of disconnection transportation and reassembling cost shall be deemed to include the quoted rate. Other items such as copper winding wire bushes bearing etc shal be measured and paid seperately under relevent item of Sch A.
