Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of 1.87 MLD capacity for Zone- 1,2,3&4 based on MBBR Technology and Tertiary treatment of natural treatment system add MMF, including evolving of hydraulic & structural designs & drawings, planning, testing and commissioning of treatment facility. The Sewage Treatment Plant should be capable of treating domestic raw sewage having characteristics of BOD =350 mg/litre & suspended Solids =650 mg/litre and the characteristics of treated /disposable effluent should comply with the standards as per the norms of H.P. State Pollution Control Board i.e. PH = 6.5- 9, BOD ≤ 10 mg/litre, COD ≤ 50 mg/litre, TSS ≤ 50 mg /litre, Faecal Coliform (MPN /1000 ml) <100, N - Total ≤ 10 mg/litre, NH4 - N ≤ 5 mg/litre. The scope of work includes construction of Inlet Chamber, Screen Chamber, Grit Channel , Distribution Box, Anoxic Reactor of required volume, MBBR unit with tube settler of required volume with retrievable type diffusers,Sludge Drying beds of required area, Constructed wetland of required area, Multimedia Filter , Chlorine Contact Tank , Interconnectivity Pipe of STP and Effluent Pipe, Boundary wall with Fencing Panel around the S.T.P yard (P & F) , Steel Gate ( P&F) , Interconnecting Path, Railing & Access ladder, Plant building / Chowkidar Room ( Plinth area 80.50 Sqm) (Pump house 36 sqm) providing and installation of Electro - Mechanic Equipments, Electromagnetic flow meter, DG Set, providing and installation Laboratory Equipments, Providing and fixing of yard lighting around STP with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (as per chapter No. I vi (a), vi(b), vi (c). 3 Months of successful trial run as per the provisions of Manual on Sewerage & Sewage Treatment published by CPHEEO Manual (Latest edition). The scope of work includes construction of Inlet Chamber, Screen Chamber with automatic reciprocatinge type screen, Wet Well pump house cum chowkidar room providign and installation of electromechnical equipments (i/c Rising Main & Pumping Machinery, Automization , Automatic reciprocating type screens + Electro magnetic flow meter, Fencing Pannel around the STP Yard (P&F), 1 No. Steel Gate (P&F) , Landspacing & Gardening of STP area. Flood Security Light arrangement , 3 month of successful trial run as per the provision of manual on sewerage and sewage treatment publish by CPHEEO manual (Latest edition) (as per chapter No. VI(a). and Data Sheet No 2 to 5

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work, in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in hard / soft rocks, chiseling / wedging out of hard / soft rocks including dewatering in saturated soil up to all leads and lifts, staking the excavated soil / materials upto all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked excavated soil in all layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge.

Excavation in earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 meters and lift upto 1.50 metres, disposal earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in Pick-Jumper work.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4sand: 8graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing & laying cement concrete using M-30 (Design Mix) but not less than 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in :-

Foundation and plinth.

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete. C/O flushing Tank-1 2000 litres

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mts. thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth, and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor level.

Providing & laying cement concrete using M-25 (Design Mix) but not less than 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work in :- Suspended floor, roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain.

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floors etc. upto floor to 200mm in thickness.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasres buttresses, plinth & string courses and the like.

Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in, Arches upto 6 metres span.

2nd class brick work using common brunt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4sand).

20mm cement plaster in two coats on rough side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrires, inernal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6sand) inner side including cost and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentials.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending,binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level.

Applying cement slurey or cement concrete work.

Providing and fixing CI Rugs.

Providing and fixing pre cast SFRC Manhole cover with frame having size of 560 mm internal dia (Medium Duty) within all leads lifts complete in all respect.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surfaceto remove all dirt, dust, mortar and other foreign matter.

Providing and fixing of 3.15mm thick MS sheet Manhole cover 600x600mm with locking arrangment.

Laying, jointing in trenches, galvanised mild steel tubes (light grade), tube fittings including testing of joint complete (cost of excavation is to be measured and paid seperately).
