Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chiseling, wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 302, 304 and 1603 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of unuseful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all useful material in acquired width of the road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and/labour if required. Recovery of stone at the rate of 300/- (Rupees Three hundred) only per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure using plain cement concrete nominal mix 1: 4: 8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size including curing complete including the cost of form work in or under water including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . 20mm (Twenty milimetre) thick Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (One cement isto Four Sand) and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . 20mm (Twenty milimetre) thick Kota stone in riser of steps skirting dado over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three Sand) and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto Six sand) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. 15 mm (Fifteen milimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concretes/ stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises, internal angles, chamfers and /or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (One cement isto Six sand) within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 6mm (Six milimetre) thick cement plaster to ceiling with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement is to Three Sand). Wall painting (two coats) with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture for interior grade on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for metting the surface. The rate is inclusive for carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing stone slab with table rubbed, edges rounded and polished, of size 75x50 cm (Seventy five into Fifty centimeter) deep and1.8 cm thick, fixed in urinal partitions by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone in the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement isto Two coarse sand isto Four graded stone aggregate 6 mm (Six milimetre) nominal size) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and finished smooth White Agaria Marble Stone and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing Rectangular shape 600x450 mm (Six hundred into Four hundred fifty milimetre) mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) and of required shape and size with plastic moulded frame of approved make and shade with 6 mm thick hard board backing and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental.
