Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 mts. Stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mts. Clear from the edge of the excavation & then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms. Layers, when required into plinths sides of foundation etc., consolidating each deposited layers by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as dierected within all leads & lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level:

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights:Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Supplying, hoisting, and steching to specified profile wire rope for suspension (including guy 2 ropes) as per direction of the engineer in charge. (wire ropes 10 mm dia).

Providing and fixing in position steel accessories like clamps, suspender rope grips, U-bolts ancherage bolts with pulleys etc. along with fixrures as per direction of the engineer in charge.

Laying and jointing, testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tubes (Light Class) screwed and socketed, ISI marked, conformining to IS:1239 & latest with upto date ammendments including tube fitting such as bends tees, air valves, unions and collars etc. as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) in all leads and lifts. 50 mm dia (L/C)

Providing, laying, jointing and testing of PPR Pipe (Polyproplylene Random Co-polymer Pipes type -3) (PN-10) Three Layers conforming to IS 15801:2008 & Fittings to DIN 16962 having working pressure 25 Kg/cm2 with pipe fittings and accessories complete in all respect in all leads and lifts (Earth work to be measured and paid for separately). 40 mm dia (PN-10)

Providing, Supplying PPR Ball valve (Plastik body) 32 mm complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.
