Hire and labour charge for Providing non AC Exhibition pavilion (For Stalls) with a German structure or any other appropriate structure as per site condition constructed with Aluminium Alloy pipes and silpolin side covering, fitted with a suitable sheet and adequate lighting as per direction of the committee and dismantling and removing from the site. Rate including DG set (averae 11 hours /day for all 23 days) and fuel cost for running light. The pavilion should be ready to allot on 23/08/2024 at 10:00 AM onwards with basic lighting. (3m*3m stalls 60 nos) including passenger walk way

Hiring and erection of fabricated stall of 3 x 3 sqm For stalls (If required stall dimension to be changed as per direction)with raised platform with prefab powder coated octanorm system along with aluminium section(powder coated) white laminated sheet including Facia with name of units (List will be provided),Octanorm system table 2nos with cloth covering - 2No (minimum 4 ft x2.5 ft),Chair -2Nos, Rack-1no, Tube Light -1no, fan -1no., power plug– 1No,(If required, additional power line should be arranged) with proper electrical wiring, Waste Bin 1no etc including dismantling and removing from site. Should have approx 3m Passage and adequate lighting.

Theme Pavilion: Minimum of an area of 500sq.feet should be provided at the entrance for providing theme pavilion (AS PER THE GUIDELINES OF THE NHDC) Adequate arrangements should be provided including power, light etc… by the Hanger providers.

Supplying and Erection of Temporary stage with raised platform with flower decoration and covering with synthetic carpet, Supports for full covered back drop, providing sufficient 4 VIP chairs,1 Teapoy, Podium, 2Air Coolers etc in programme pavilion including dismantling and removing form site

Hire and labour charges for spreading armless plastic chair with cover in the inauguration venue

Hire and labour providing bio-toilet of portable type with storage tank and water, light, drainage system, bucket and mug, cleaning arrangement for every two hours, separation for Ladies and Gents with covering the front side etc. and removing from the site etc complete.

Hire and labour providing 1000 ltr storage tank on stand with connecting pipe/sufficient hose and continuous supply of drinking water along with drainage system at the site. (Two for Toilets)

Hiring and Providing high powered pedestal fan including all labour charges as directed by the committee and removing after use Non AC programme pavilion.

Hiring and Providing high powered cooler fan including all labour charges as directed by the committee and removing after use Non AC programme pavilion.

Arranging continues security services of minimum 4 persons/shift required from 23/08/2024, 3.00 PM to 14/09/2024, 10 pM)

Cost for engaging labour (minimum 3 persons /day) for cleaning stalls and premises of exhibition, programme halls and other places used for exhibition purpose.

Providing CCTV surveillance (8 Cameras and 1 LED TV monitor) in the location specified by committee of the entire proceedings inside and outside for exhibition days with facility to store the proceedings and provide in external hard disk of the entire proceedings.

Providing brochure (2000 nos), notice(15000 nos) for publicity for the event as per the direction of the committee

Providing announcement vehicle from 21/8/2024 to 13/09/2024 with all necessary sound system with recorded media

Advertisement through TV channels and FM

Hire and labour for providing drinking water (20ltr jar 10nos/day) with 10 dispenser units and cups. - for 23 days

Hiring and providing Channel music with announcement facility in registration counter/office, Exhibition hall, Stage during the event.

Providing advertisement half arch with height 3m at various parts of the city

Providing and fixing Rollup Standees (design approved by Committee) size 5 x 2.5 feet including the cost of dismantling and removing.

Hire and labour for providing natural flower bed on stage, ‘Nilavilakku’ minimum 4 feet height, ‘Kodivilakku’, ‘thiri’, oil, ‘Karpooram’, ‘karikku’ 10nos, etc, for inauguration day.

Arranging all necessary permission and inspection from Government departments such as PWD, Police, Fire and Rescue Department, Electrical Inspectorate, Corporation, Suchithwa Mission and relevant departments including fees and other expenses.

Hire and labour charges for putting up MH light in conduit wiring.

Hire and Labour charges for putting up illumination light (‘Mala’ of 100 bulbs) in conduit wiring.

Stage lighting for the inauguration, closing ceremony and cultural program with 1024 channel DMX mixer, Sharppie 12 Nos., LED Parlight 20 Nos.(RGB) with all necessary items for the smooth functioning of the programme.

Hiring and providing a sound system with settings 24 channel mixing Unit (5000 W for stagel) with all necessary items for smooth functioning of the programme.

Videography and photography of entire programs in HD format as per the direction of the committee.

Fire extinguisher in Pavilion as per fire and safety standards

Hiring and providing Channel music with an announcement facility at the registration counter, Exhibition hall and Stage during the event.

Insurance coverage (for mishaps, if any, happening at the venue of the event) provided for all participants, officials and visitors, machinery & equipment of the Exhibition during the event days.

Providing all sign boards including directions, toilet, food court, entry, exit, Covid Protocols, Parking etc… and board showing list of all Exhibitors.

Hiring and providing foot-operated sanitizer dispensers with filled sanitizer bottles to the Exhibition Hall, Stage during the event.

Hire and Labour Charge for Providing Metal Barricading for the exhibition area including Removing and dismantling from the site.

Box-type Design Arch (3 Ft x 3 ft square) at the main gate with 4-meter height, 6-meter passage. (Design approved by Committee) and provide carpet up to the main entrance (approx. 10m length)
