RequiredProfit Loss statement and and Balance Sheet of Last Three Years i.e from the year 2023-24 TO 2025-26 Certified by the Auditors.

RequiredSimilar Work Done Certificate in the last five years i.e.2021-22 TO 2025-26 duly signed by not below the rank of Executive Engineer.

RequiredTenderer in his name should have achieved in at least ONE financial year an average financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only for Rs. 15.12 lakhs in last five years i.e. 2023-24 TO 2025-26 With UDIN Number.

RequiredVehicle Details with valid insurance, emission certificates with valid RC card of owner or agreemented vehicles

Eligibility Criteria

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs

The cost of the Tender form shall not be refundable.

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing kppp Portal.

All the formats prescribed in the bid document shall be filled by the tenderer in complete manner otherwise it will be rejected.

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and the Commissioner, CMC Harihara reserves the right to verify the documents before approval.

Contractor should follow strictly the prevailing rules of labour act.
