Planning, design,supply,installation, testing and commissioning of Mechanised Automated Car Parking on EPC mode all complete to accomodate for a total number of 210(minimum) cars with civil , electrical and mechanical components for the functioning of the system including all accessories and associated software in connection with the system and finishing works to make the MLCP system fully operational, as per the specifications & conditions in the tender document. (The MLCP has to be completed and made operational within the quoted cost which may include sundry items not specifically mentioned in the tender document.)
Electro Mechanical Automated System It includes complete design,supply and installation of superstructure works. Mechanical components for the functioning of the system including all accessories.
Civil Works
Civi Works :Foundation : Shall be designed and constructed as per the relevant BIS codes after soil investigation. The soil testing and structural design shall be got done through a reputed consultants and proof checked by IIT/NIT /Govt Engineering College. Retaining wall: Abutting retaining wall shall be designed for the soil pressure, surcharge load and other loads including any load coming from MLCP due to integration of MLCP foundation and retaining wall.For deep excavation of retaining wall, shoring or sheet piling shall be done to prevent the earthen sides and adjoining sides. Superstructure: Shall be designed and constructed as per the relevant BIS codes. The Super structure shall be with Structural steel work to suit the scheme approved by the Engineer-in-charge. Roofing: Shall be designed and constructed as per the relevant BIS codes. The roof shall be covered with corrugated/Trafford GS sheet of desired colour and of minimum 0.50 mm thickness. Cladding: The external façade shall be designed and constructed as per relevant codes DSR 2018Ready made Security cum operating staff cabin of standard size on a suitable location as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Fire Fighting Sysytem
Fire fighting and alarm system: Shall be designed and provided as per NBC 2016/local bye laws with all accessories including fire stair, steel fire tank of desired capacity, sprinkler system, fire detection system , fire alarm, Connection to the Fire loop etc all complete as per detailed scope of work and specifications in the tender document.
Electrical
Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all electrical equipments (Motors,motor control centres, panels, cables, pumps, cable trays and accessories etc..) required for MLCP building electrification, Internal electrical wiring for lighting, fittings and fixtures. Providing all the electrical and light fittings /fixtures
IT Works
Providing Control system with necessary software of open protocol for entry and exit including ticketing machine/smart card entry , CCTV surveillance cameras, soft ware and hard ware for: automatic entry/exit, parking activities , head room and width control monitoring of vehicles, display of availability of empty parking slots etc complete as required for the satisfactory operation of the Parking system.
Comprehensive maintenance including preventive maintenance of the entire MLCP system as in item No.1 including cost of spares and consumables but excluding defect liability period of 1 years.(Agreement is to be made with SCTL by the Contractor on completion of the work)
2nd year from the date of Commissioning and completion
3rd year from the date of Commissioning and completion
4th year from the date of Commissioning and completion
5th year from the date of Commissioning and completion
