Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mmx150mmx40mm laid perpendicular to cable length in trench air gap should not more than 5mm to each other after sand cushioning to cable and all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling, in including spreading, leveling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair & maintenance of LT Panel board in door/outdoor type comprising of MCCBs as incoming and outgoing with digital mettering and control wiring by disconnecting all incoming and out going connection, opening of LT cable incl reconnect the cable by excavating the loop and making connection tight by replacing the suitable size of heavy duty lugs with new nut bolts and washers and gland complete. Cleaning of all compartment from in side and out side including using anti rust spray and checking and repair of all controls, switches, meters. etc (if found diffective) and painting complete panel board with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide paint, after necessary scrapping and denting. Refixing of panel board on new angle iron stand fixed at 75 cm from the ground level made out of angle size 50 X 50 X 6 mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6 B2 type complete. Note: 1. M&L for writing numbering of LT Panel outdoor/indoor type in appropriate size of letters using synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Material and labour for edging the machine cut /true dressed jodhpur stone patti of size 30 cm in width, 60 cm long and 50 mm thick, to make edge aroung the LT Panels and all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying the graded coarse aggregate 40mm size for loose filling around the LT Panels or 2/4/6 poles structure including surface dressing and cleaning the vegetation before spreading the gravel and complte all as specified..

Material and labor for fixing in replacement of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet on existing LT panel color and made shape of inner shells and outer shells of panels and making curve/angle to maintain slope of top sheet of panel to make the indoor type to outdoor type with the support of FI 25x3mm thick support, fixing with bullet screws where ever required including two coats of synthetic enamel painting to match with the existing complete all as specified.

M&L for fixing in replacement of heat shrinkable insulated aluminum bus bar with color coding of current rating upto 600 Amp fixing on existing LT panels by making hole,bent to shape or drilling/grinding the busbar to fix on porcelain/PVC insulators with nut bolts and all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of earthing with Galvanised Steel earthplate of size 60x60cmx6mm thick electrode and 32x6mm GI strip as earth lead, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to 32x6mm earth strip by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of GI all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I, connected to earth test terminal point all as specified or as indicated including testing on completion (Rates inclusive of neccessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, CI cover, funnel with watering pipe, suitable size of light grade GI Protection pipe for earth strip in ground etc. all as required at site for complete earthing). Note: Testing of earthing shall be carried out after completion of earthing.Payment for earthing shall be admissible after satisfactory test result.

M&L in replacement of GI strip of size 32x6 mm including mounting on PVC/Porcelain insulators on wall and burried in ground depth not less than 60 cm in ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labor for cutting and removing grass, vegetation, bushes/shrubs etc from surrounding of 02 Pole/ 4 Pole structure and LT/ HT Panel E/M installations and removing all rubbish and dressing the gravel/soil and spraying the one time herbicide approved brand (Roundup/Noweed) to prevent the further vegetation and all as specified and directed.

Restretching aluminium conductors including GI wire on existing over head lines without removing, including unbinding from insulator and rebinding to insulator using aluminium binding wire, connections of incoming and outgoing cables, binding with spacers where required and trimming the tree branches with clearance of 3 mtr around of the LT OH line, complete all as specified Note :- (i) Length of span shall be 40 to 50m (Any numbers of wires). (ii) Due care shall be given while resagging of overhead conductor that there shall be no damage to pin/post/disc insulator and pole. In case, due to any negligence, damage is caused, it shall be made good by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible.(iii) Proper shut down will be taken from department (iv) T&P will be provided by contractor without any extra cost.

Dismantling and taking down old ACSR conductor from HT Line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L ACSR conductor including binding of wire and providing jumpers at the end as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Trimming and cutting of tree branches coming across LT over head line, clearing alround 3m the LT line and disposal of branches/bushes to a distance upto 50m and cleaning the site complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Length of span shall be 40 to 45m. (ii) Due care shall be given while trimming/cutting the tree branches that there shall be no damage to over head line conductor/pole. In case, due to any negligence, damage is caused, it shall be made good by the contractor and nothing extra shall be admissible.(iii) Proper shut down will be taken from department and T&P will be provoded by conractor.

Taking out faulty underground LT 1100 volts grade heavy duty, armoured with steel strip of wire, with stranded aluminium conductor of sizes up to 25 Sqm any core by excavation and removing Jodhpur Stone of any size and relaying same laocation or any other location afeter rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new PCC cable covers as required. Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Excavation, PCC Cover, Sand and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.

Supply and installation, testing and commissioning LT feeder pillar box suitable for 415 Volts ,3 Phase 4 Wire, 50 Hz AC Supply System confirming to IS:8623/93, outdoor type floor mounting along with factory made type panel weather proof, vermin proof, fully ventilated and fabricated out of MS CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick having Aluminium bus bar of rating 300 A, three phase and one neutral fixed on insulator and bus bar insulated by coloured heat shrinkable sleeves. The feeder pillar box shall be front and rear opening and having inner & outer shells. The inner shell duly compartmented for each control gear, including Powder coating internal & external surfaces.
