Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and exceeding 1.5 metre but not exceeding 03 mtr, in depth or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 meter for poles, laying of electric cable and GI tubing (where provided for protection of cables) and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surface to required level in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 centimetre thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable protection with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, laid dry, flat over sand cushining of cable, perpendicular across the cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm compliance with IS:5820-1970, ISI marked over sand cushining complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning with layer of fine sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned (consolidated) thickness of sand will be measured and paid.

M &L for Cement concrete Type B2 1:2:4 (40 mm in graded aggregate) for foundations, filling and mass concrete and casting for LT Panel /APFC Pannel/Pole etc complete all as specefied and directed.

S&F Pipe galvanised light grade of size 80mm dia including all fittings medium grade laid in trenches / fixed on wall and floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning transformer step down 11/0.433 KV outdoor type plinth mounted, copper wound AC 3 Phse, 50 Hz oil immersed naturally cooled delta connected on primary side (11 KV HV side) & star connected on secondary side (433 V LV side) in accordance with vector group Dyn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side with tapping at ± 2.5% ±5% ±7.5% off load tap changer gear in steps of 2.5% continous rating of cap 200 KVA including initial oil fill to appropriate level & all standing fitting all as per IS 1180 Pt 1989 and IS-2023 mounted on and incl platform of size 2.5 Mx2.5Mx1.5M high (outer dimention) built with 150 mm thick PCC 1:5:10 type E2 foundation extending 150 mm on both sides of wall, 350 mm thick of brick masonary built in CM 1:6, 450 mm below GL & 950 mm above GL duly plastered in CM 1:4 on exposed faces & flushing in same mortar as the work proceeds in faces in contact with soil /floor of 50 mm PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 laid in bays over 100 mm thick hardcore over approved earth filling complete all as specified and directed. Notes : - (i) Panel manufacturers should have in house powder coating plant with minimum 8 tanks pretreatment of MS sheet facilities, dust free spray paint booth. (ii) Thickness of power coating shall not be less than 80 microns and test certificate for powder coating shall be furnished along with LT panel. (b) CPRI certification short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA. (c) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 5000A. (iv) MCCB (Microprocessor based) provided should be capable for on line setting of the current. (v) All the eletrical switch gear like MCCBs, MCBs and ACBs should be of same make.
