TERRACE PUMP

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of electric driven terrace pump suitable for automatic operation and consisting of following: complete in all respect as required.

Horizontal type, multistage, centrifugal, split casing pump of cast iron body & bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal and flow of 900 lpm at 35 m. head conforming to IS : 1520/9137 (Kirloskar DSM 80/36 or similar models of Grundfoss/MATHER& PLATT)

Suitable HP SQ cage induction motor TEFC type suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3 phase 50 Hz. AC with IP55 class of protection for enclosure, horiziontal foot mounted type with Class-'F' insulation, conforming to IS-325.

M.S.fabricated Common base plate, coupling, coupling guard, foundation bolts and suitable enclosure for protection of pump etc.as required.

Suitable cement concrete foundation duly plastered edges protected by 32 x 32 x 5 mm with anti vibration pads.

CONTROL PANEL

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of power and control panel totally enclosed, Outdoor, weather proof, cubicle type, fabricated out of sheet steel not less than 2mm thick, compartmentalized and sectionalized with hinged lockable doors, dust and vermin proof, powder coated with approved shade, cable alley , inter connections, having switch gears and accessories mounting and internal wiring, earth bus bar, earth stud at both ends interconnected by 20 x 3 mm copper earth strip, etc. including all components/accessories & complete as per functional requirements and specifications as required.

Incomer Section The incomer section shall comprise:

Lock out arrangement along with necessary indication for Electric fire pump as well as audio alarm with silencing facility as required.

Manual resetting push button for return to normal operation of locked out unit as required.

Terminal facility for repeat indications of various audio & visual indications.
