Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, (Avg 50 mm thickness) in roof for padding to achieve the 1:40 slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of existing roof treatment consisting of screed bed, tar felts of any description etc, and removal of debris out side MD land complete all as directed and as specified

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers' instructions for laying floor finishes and finishing the surface fair and even. Note:- WPC will be measured & Paid separately

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Material and labour for water proofing treatment by applying one coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm with brush / roller, laying of 3 mm thick APP based polymer modified membrane (mineral finish) reinforced non-woven polyester, weight not less than 3.50 Kg / Sqm and sealing all the over laps 150 mm in length side and 100 mm in width side of membranes laid with torch application complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment of roof surfaces, using pitch modified polyurethane after preparation of concrete slab surfaces, by cleaning with wire brushes, removing loose dust, dirt, laitance, loose mortar, existing water proofing membrane left out if any , treatment of cracks by opening the same in 5mm x 5mm size using mechanical cutters, cleaning the crack surfaces with blowers, applying primer 100 mm on both sides of the crack as per manufacturer's instruction with glass fiber mesh, followed by filling the crack with single component pitch modified polyurethane. Treatment of complete roof surface by application of primer as per manufacturer's instruction followed by two coats of single component pitch modified polyurethane waterproofing coating with each coat not less than 1.3 mm thickness (minimum) using brush / roller / trowel to slab, extend the coating 150 mm on parapet walls, complete including all tools and tackles as per manufacturer's specifications including protection layer as under:-

Protection layer: Providing and applying protection layer above water proofing membrane using 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) protection screed, creating 5 mm x 5 mm groove at every 2 m x 2 m grid and fill up the same using Colpor 200 flexible polyurethane sealant. Make of pitch modified polyurethane – Fosroc (Nitoproof-600 Std)/Sika (Sikalastic-560 / 614) / Bostik PU / Shaliurethane LHM Make of Primer/ Glass Fibre Mesh / Polyurethane Sealant shall be of the same manufacturer as that of the pitch modified polyurethane.

Notes :- (i) Water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the manufacturer’s authorised applicator. (ii) Manufacturer’s authorised applicator shall be got approved by GE in writing by the tenderer. (iii) The horizontal roof surface (without allowance for extension of WPT on vertical parapet wall surface shall be measured & paid as one unit. (iv) Material required for the work shall be deposited to MES store yard before starting the work. Engineer-in-Charge will issue the material on daily basis. Engineer-in-Charge will mention the chemical used in the work diaries.

(v) Contractor shall submit a guarantee of 10 years against the Water Proofing Treatment. Contractor shall obtain similar guarantee from the manufacturer and submit the same to Accepting Officer. (vi) In case of leakage, the contractor will rectify the defect within one month from the date of intimation by GE failing which the defects shall be rectified through other agency at contractor’s risk & cost. (vii) 10% of the cost of work executed under this item shall be retained from contractor’s RAR payment & Final Bill as security deposit against 10 Years guarantee for the Water Proofing Treatment. And the same shall be released after satisfactory completion of guarantee period of 10 Years from date of completion of subject work Contract Agreement. The contractor may alternatively submit Fixed Deposit Receipt from scheduled banks for the above mentioned amount. (vii) Method of application shall be all as per manufacturer’s instructions.

M&L for providing 12 mm dia holes of 75mm deep @ 0.6m c/c at the junction of beam and column as co-ordinal points for inserting/pouring mixture of Lw+ high proof chemicals and cement slurry by pressure grouting for column beam and slabs including sealing the holes with CM 1:3 , all as specified and as directed by EIC NOTE: Pouring mixture of Lw+,high proof chemicals approved Make: FORSOC, Dr Fixit, Sika

M&L for preparation of existing surfaces of roof top and parapet wall, crack filling with prime seal and cement @ the ratio of 1:4, applying two coat of water proof chemical ( New coat of dr fixit or equivalent ) and finally applying a coat of SBR latex and silicon powder paste not less than 2 mm thick complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 and n.exc 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on brick / PCC block masonry wall surface in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer over and including cement base wall care Putty on wall surfaces complete.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for two coats of distemper oil emulsion including preparation of old surfaces of wall

M & L for preparation of old existing surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of Distemper Oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 500 litres capacity double layer, rotational moulded, polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc and including 25 mm size Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete. make SINTEX / polycon / Rotex

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling or stone slab laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar including demolition of cement mortar bedding or backing coat, Including removal of debries out side MD land. Complete.

M&L for 25 mm thick plan cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring in levelling course complete.

M&L for coloured non skid ceramic joint free floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified .

M&L for light shade coloured vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

All as per item no 24 above but for skirting laid over backing coat 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4.

M&L for heavy duty tiles 600x600x10 thick scratch resistant and neutral to UV rays, suitable for outdoor application jointed in cement slurry and pointed with Epoxy grouting chemical to match the colour of tiles over protection layer of roof treatment. Make:- Johnson Endura Sandex Series or equivalent in AGL / Swastik

M&L for joint free (edge cut) coloured glazed ceramic tiles 7 mm to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) of size 300 mm x 450 mm as in skirting / dado etc laid over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete.

M & L for 15 to 18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

Labour only for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps cooking platform, and other similar situation.

S&F in repair 10 Ltr capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern low level, white, with inlet ball valve, float and handle including brackets, flushing pipe, 450mm long PVC Connection and connection to trap, and to flushing and making good to floor complete all as specified .

S&F in repairs 15 mm size bib tap cast copper alloy fancy type, chromium plated, with capstan head, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete. Make: Jaquar Cat No.FLR -5047N or equivalent series in KOHLER/Roca.

S&F in repair 15 mm size CP Pillar tap ,Swan neck, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete.

Taking down choukhats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area n.exc 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (stiles) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, including stainless steel butt hinges 100 mm long, Aluminium tower bolt tower bolt 100 mm long and Aluminium handle 150 mm long as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 0.50 mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall or roof, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F in false ceiling of non asbestos fibre cement building boards, manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process confirming to IS-14862, of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 4 mm thick fixed over and including anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T section (main & cross member) of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mm X 600mm . The aluminium frame work will supported on side wall with the used of aluminium 'L' section of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 angles etc. Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4 mm dia. M&L for providing plaster of paris (POP) false ceiling consisting of frame work made with 50 mm square Mild steel tube of 18 G thickness as main runner at 600 mm centre to centre both ways suspended / supported with mild steel flat 25 mm X 4 mm welded to main runner and applying POP (Calcium Sulphate semi hydrate variety ) to the expanded metal of thickness not less than 10 mm finished smooth to line and level including necessary support scaffolding etc as required and also applying a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer over the mild steel framework and suspender complete including removing existing false ceiling all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in repair non asbestos fibre cement building boards, manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process confirming to IS-14862, of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 4 mm thick fixed all as specified and directed by engr in charge

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm dia single socketed, in any length, jointed with solvent cement, fixed on walls or floors with clamp complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Cutting channels,grooves or rebates n exc 15 cm girth,and trimming surfaces with or without reinfiorcement, of concrete surfaces and block / stone masonry etc, including filling of PCC as a fillet on sheet.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240

Dismantling existing out door unit of split AC 1.5TR/2 TR from roof of the building complete including copper tubing and disconnecting Electrical connection and re-fixing the same completely after the rectification work of roof treatment. Note :- (a) All reqd accessories for fixing the outdoor unit as directed by Engr-in-charge is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (b) Fasterner bolts for fixing outdoor unit is also inlcuded in the rate quoted. (c) The cost of filling required Refrigerent Gas is also deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Dismantling existing LT Cables of any size from roof of the building and re-fixing the same at its original position duly saddling completely with suitable sizes of clamps/hooks after successfully completion of roof treatment work. Note :- (a) All clamps/hooks reqd for saddling the cable are deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (b) All required aluminium lugs are also deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (c) The tenderer shall visit the site of work to assess the quantum of work before quoting the rates (d) Each connection to outdoor AC unit shall be measured and paid as each job

Dismantling and re-alignment of AFNET cable all as directed by AFNET in-charge. Note :- (a) All work will carry out under the guidance of concerned in-charge. (b) All accessories required for re-alignment is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (c) The tenderer shall visit the site of work to assess the quantum of work before quoting the rates (d) Each AFNET connection on rooftop shall be measured and paid as each job

Dismantling existing Flood Light fitting of any size and re-fixing the same after roof treatment work.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC Conduit of size 32 mm complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair twin core flat service cable aluminium conductor cable of size 4 Sqmm and connecting complete to existing flood light fitting of any size.
