Dismantalling of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceedings 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of posts or struts (Wood, Steel or RCC) of any section and size including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embeded in cement concrete, brick work, masonary complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh including tie rods, flat iron etc any type, complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) of internal dia 300 mm, set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil out side MD land and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, laid flat in floors, old size, laid dry and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even & smooth with using extra cement complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 100 mm thick in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor 40 mm thick finished even and fair using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick coloured glazed rubber mould, pre-coated interlocking or without interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 with upto date amendments, M-35 Grade with grey cement with pigment laid over river bed fine sand etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : River bed sand shall be measured and paid seperately) sample shall be approved by GE.

Providing & laying heavy duty non skid coloured digital printed floor tiles of size 300mmX300mm ,8 to 10mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with pigment to match the tiles colour over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in cm 1:6 and dismentling of existing tiles/blocks of any discription complete in all respect as specified and directed. make-somany(heavy duty),johnson (Endura), Orient Bell(Pavers)

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles, cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, general purpose, double layer, size 30 cm X 30 cm X 25 mm thick, with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including laying over 20 mm thick bedding of cement mortar(1:4) all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced concrete pipes with collars, 450 mm internal diameter, class NP2, laid and jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar (1:2) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type if standard rail s straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F Concertina wire coil, size 600mm dia with wire dia 2.65-3.0mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for chain link fencing MS galvanized 3.14mm dia 100mmX 100mm mesh fixed to RCC post including securing or tying with GI MS wire staples, ms section, bars etc. . complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts 11 to 15mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and haxagonal or square exe 5 cm and n exc 10 cm long complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel works in Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging; also fastening and fixing (Fe 290 (Gde E-165) ) complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&f Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Preparation of old or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Running welding in repairs exc. 2.5cm but n. exc 5cm in length and exc. 9mm but not exc 20mm complete in all respect as specified and directed. (Note: Welding machine and rod is included in this item, the site is spread in wide spread area, Contractor must quote the rates accordingly)

Preparaing old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall and apply two coats of white wash including scrapping down of old white wash completely complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or undecorated surfaces of wall/ceiling using wall care putty to fill the voids and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls, by smole soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salts and trading oil and greasy spots by scraping with vaccum based sanding machine, washing with water all as specified, filling cracks/ hole by wall care putty (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform & proper mixing of putty) and applying two coat of cement base paint white over a coat of alkali resistent priming paint coloured by auto roller complete in all respect as specified and directed as per manufactures instruction.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls, by smole soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salts and trading oil and greasy spots , washing with water all as specified, filling cracks/ hole by applying wall care putty and applying one coat of weather coat white or coloured complete in all respect as specified and directed.
