5.1.a : Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion ( SS) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 - 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

od693342/2020_2021 : Supplying and laying interlocking tile 80mm or nearest size thickness, minimum&lt;br&gt;strength M30 (over a mix of sand and bitumen having 4cm thick paid separately) then laying interlock&lt;br&gt;cobbles in lines and levels as per the directions of the departmental officers at site inclusive of all cost &amp;&lt;br&gt;conveyance charges etc. complete.&lt;br&gt;
