Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork/PCC block or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (above or below ground level) and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition) including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) of 300 mm internal dia set in cement mortar including bedding and haunching complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) of 600 mm internal dia set in cement mortar including bedding and haunching complete all as specified and as directed

Cutting of existing road for sewage line/ drain crossing, depth of cutting upto 120cm and width 120cm & disposal of debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

M&L for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops, coved fillets and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:1½:3, type A1, Nominal mix (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3, type A1, Nominal mix (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like including necessary formwork and scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 grade (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pilaster and buttresses, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred, stopped, ends etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc., vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, framed signed boards, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work including welding conforming to Fe.290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc finished fair and even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for factory made M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed, rubber moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006 (ISI marked), laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushioning. (ii) Shape of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in repairs 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints/ solvent cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specifed & as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in bedding to drain pipes, including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 300 mm bore RCC drain pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Drain pipe shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipe 300 mm bore, Class NP3 with collars, laid to slope in trenches & jointed in cement mortar (1:1) and tested on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipe 600 mm bore, Class NP3 with collars, laid to slope in trenches & jointed in cement mortar (1:1) and tested on completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of instant ready mix premixed bituminous material for repairing depression on pot holes, material consisting of modified all-weather bitumen paste in liquid asphalt with chemicals, anti-stripping agents, graded aggregates & additives / granular material 5-20mm crushed stone aggregate with 5.5% of bitumen, in 25 Kg bag, laid as per manufacturer’s instructions including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed. Make: ‘ShaliPatch’ of STP Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE. Note : The unit of measurement and payment purpose is ‘Per Bag’ of 25 Kg ready mix material.

Cutting and cleaning of vegetation, tree, grass and fencing above ground level for sewage line inspection & line cleaning including removal of entire debris/ vegetation outside MoD land complete all as directed.
