Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) exceeding 250 & not exceeding 500 lit capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) exceeding 500 & not exceeding 1000 lit capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repairs 20mm ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed/fixed to pipes/ferrules .

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of 15 mm bore tube of any description & in any position complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 4 above but 20 mm bore tubing.

S&F 15 mm dia (nominal) GI tubing medium grade with fittings and fixed to walls/ ceiling/floors etc in required length complete all as specified and directed

S&F 20 mm dia (nominal) GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls/ ceiling/floors etc in required length complete all as specified and directed

M&L for demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including taking down of existing damaged / loosened cement concrete/ brick tiles from roof / terrace to a depth of average 50 mm including taking down of existing APP membrance if any , cleaning with water and depositing of debris to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 shall be provided mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement at green concrete complete all as specified & as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application over a coat of approved bituminous primer @0.40 liter per Sqm complete all as specified & directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate ) average 40mm thick, well compacted with "V" shaped groove of 10 mm deep filled with mastic bitumen. Size of PCC panel with groove shall not exceeding 0.40 Sqm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) 100 mm thick, well compacted for padding for PVC tank over roof complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work, stone or concrete surfaces (facia) including necessary scafolding upto roof height complete all as specified & directed.

Preparion of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over priming paints plaster coat complete all as specifed & directed.

Preparation of old decorated surface of wall and including cornices plastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove all loose scales, and foreign materials scarping down , smoke soot moulds , moss and efflorescent salts treating oil and greasy spots and M&L for applying one coat of cement base paint including watering and curing of surface adeqautely before and after application of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size 75mm to 110mm of any pattern) ,of any description and in any position, including all fittings , heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)complete all as specified.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring jointsfixed on walls complete all as specified and directed
