Supplying and fixing new hermatically sealed reiprocating compressor 3.5TR in the indoor unit of existing 7TR package AC unit i/c making modifications required to suit the installation of new compressor in the existing package AC (as the of new compressors may be different in size from existing compressor , making connections with existing refrigerant pipings, suitable for operation on 3 phase 415 volts, 50 HZ AC supply i/c making connections, testing and commissioning etc comp. as reqd. Old Compressor will be property of contractor (Make Kirloskar/Emerson/Similar Superior Make).

Supplying & fixing following parts in the existing 7TR package AC unit i/c dismantlling and fixing , testing , commissioning complete etc. as required.

Supplying and charging refrigerant R-22 in the refrigerant cirucit of existing package AC units as per the standard proceedures and as per the directions of engineer in charge comp. as reqd.

Providing and carrying out Nitrogen pressure testing, leak testing, evacuation of the entire refrigerant circuit of existing package AC unit i/c pressure testing with Nitrogen, leak testing with hallide torch and soap solution, attending the leakage if any, vacumising etc comp. as per the directions of engineer in charge. The entire tests to be carried out in this item shall be carried out as per standard proceedure so as to ensure that there is no leakage in the refrigerant circuit before charging of refrigerant.

Repairing of Water Cooler i/c replacing 0.5 TR Compressor with New one, installing OLP Relay and Filter i/c making connections, testing and commissioning etc comp. as reqd. Old Compressor will be property of contractor (Make Kirloskar/Emerson/Similar Superior Make).

Servicing/ cleaning of Pkg Type air conditioners i/c washing of condensor coils and cooling coils, oiling of fan motors, tighting of V belts, cleaning of terminals etc. complete as required.

Servicing of 725 KVA DEA set i/c Transportation, Labour charges & material required for servicing of DG set etc. as reqd. i/c replacement of fuel filter, lube oil filter,lube oil ,coolant etc complete with cleaning of DEA set. ( The Dismanled material after services shall be the property of the contractor).

Providing maintenance free New Lead acid Batteries as a replacement of existing old batteries of following types/rating complete with first fill of electrolyte & first charging i/c replacement of leads, nut bolts ,terminals/thimbles complete as reqd ( The old batteries shall be the property of contractor and rates shall be quoted accordingly)
