RATE CONTRACT for UpKeep of existing Industrial Estate on daily basis by way of Clearance of Choked Drains, Removal of Mulba Bushes Cleaning of Roads including Repair Installation of Street Lights at Industrial Estate SICOP RAJOURI_2026-27

Removal of unhygienic materials (so classified by the site engineer) from designated sites/drains & stacking the same on the road side as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including Jungle Clerance on both sides of Drains.

Disposal of mulba collected from drain & as per stacked from the site to outside the Industrial Estate/ Municipal Limits to the disposable site (average lead 10 KM) including loading & unloading complete.

Disposal of mulba collected from roadside stacked unserviceable material/mulba to outside the Industrial Estate/Municipal Limit (average lead 10 KM) including loading & unloading all complete job.

Supplying and Fixing of PVC type Switch of 10 amp along with 01/02 module PVC Gang Box on existing poles of street light (Make: Anchor/Havells or equivalent).

Wiring for Street light/Pole light using 2 x 1.5sqmm PVC Flexible cu. cable complete with all accessories as required. (Make: Havells/Anchor/Polycab/KEi/Finolex).

Supply & Fixing of 20 mm dia PVC conduit MMS type along with accessories as required. (Make: Anchor/AKG/Finolex)

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of following items along with accessories as required. (Complete job) 70/72 /75 watt LED street light/roadway luminaire with efficacy > 100 lm/watt with ip rating of 65/66 & should be suitable to mount on existing GI pipe/pol including all fitting accessories as required. (Make: Panasonic/ Philips/Havells/Wipro/Jaquar/Bajaj)
