Demolishing/ Dismantling of cement concrete/ platser/ wall tiles/ floor tiles and brick work carefully manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material to dumping yard in colony with all leads and lifts etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Concrete Mix 1:3:6 or richer mix

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soils by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m inwidth or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including refilling required quantity soil and getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed Engineer In Charge.

Providing and laying in position Plain cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 (1 ordinary portland cement 43grade : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement is of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make, work upto plinth level including cost of Centering/ Shuttering, compaction, levelling, finishing and curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete of grade 1:1½:3 (1 ordinary portland cement 43grade : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement is of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make (cementious content as 400 kg with cement flyash ratio of 70:30 (70% cement : 30% fly ash, flyash available free of cost at DFA silo area in plant site but transporting by the contractor)) minimum cement content excluding fly ash should be 280 kg/cum, , RCC work upto floor V level including cost of Centering/ Shuttering, compaction, levelling, finishing and curing but excluding the cost of reinforcement etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Upto plinth level

Providing, laying and fixing in position TMT reinforcement bars of grade Fe415D/ 500D of TATA/ JINDAL/ SAIL/ VIZAG or equivalent make for RCC works, including cost of supplying, cutting, bending, transporting, erecting, binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying of Fly ash brick masonry, with Non Modular Flyash brick conforming to IS: 12894 class designation 10 average compressive strength in with CM 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including all labor, materials, transport, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: Test certificate (compressive strength) shall be produced by the contractor before usage of brick.

Providing and laying 12mm thick cement plaster of 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand) 43 grade OPC cement of ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1 or any other approved make ,upto floor V level over a brick work/ concrete wotk to give even smooth finish including cost of scaffolding where ever required and curing etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 110mm dia best quality uPVC pipes and specials in trenches for all depths to correct grade, levels, alignment and slopes, jointed with hemp yarn and cement mortar 1:1 on 100mm thick bed and covered alround with cement concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm and down gauge stone ballast of approved quality (exclulding pipe portion embedded in masonry), including curing, testing, excavating the trenches, back filling, form work etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of structural steel work in builtup sections of make VIZAG/ SAIL/ TATA/ JINDAL or equivalent make (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes, plates , bolts.) etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets of brands (JINDAL/ JSW) or any other approved make (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15 18microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25microns minimum to avoid scratches duringtransportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, or fixing with polymer coated "J" or "L" hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers along with wind tiles complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curve surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. etc.,all complete as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Constructing brick masonry chamber for underground C.I. inspection chamber and bends with non modular Fly ash bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength, C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 600x 850 mm internal dimensions and 45 cm deep for pipe line with three or more inlets, total weight of cover with frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg), R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 Fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and bed concrete etc., all complete as per standard design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Installation and commisioning of STP with following specifications of Collection Tank of capacity 1KLD, submercible feed pump, inlet flow meter (dashmesh flow meter), Aeration Tank of capacity 1KLD including Aeration motor of 1HP, Filter water pump of 1HP capacity, sand filteration unit (model-1354), Outlet flow meter (dashmesh flow meter), sludge drain valves, electrical panels automatic/ manual, CPVC pipe network for connecting tanks and filter unit, Treatment water tank with sodium hypochlortite dosing with dosing pump capacity of( 0.5HP), MBBR media and ENZYME and BACTERIA , including all fiitings and machinery etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing 'HOE' (Excavator cum dozer)/ JCB for misc. Works at different locations as and when required including all operational cost to complete the job in all respects as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.
