Preparation of old decorated plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and filling the nail holes and small patches of peeled off plaster of size not exc 0.01 Sqm by using filling compound of putty to obtain even & smooth finish by using sand paper and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed

All as per ser item No 1 above but on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old distempered surface of wall, pillasters cornices etc by washing rubbing down & stopping etc and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of external wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of exterior water based primer of same make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of internal wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment and applying two coats of acrylic distemper using roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of water based premium 100% acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint with silicon additive, nano block technology & colour stay technology ,excellent dirt pick up resistance, anti algal and anti fade low VOC less than 50 , anti algal properties to the new prepared surfaces of wall in two coats@ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water in 5:2 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute and a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow minimum 6-8 hrs to dry the surface after each coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of interior wall by application of 1mm thick wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacturer of paint/ distemper by using roller/ spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wood or wood based surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor preparation of old steel and iron surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
