Epoxy Painting of spare 6 No. H.R.T Intake Stop Logs Removal of old paint from steel and other metal surfaces and making the surface even and smooth-50% in hand scraping & 50% with flame cleaning .

Painting two coats with zinc rich primer make Asian / on previously painted steel surface/metal surface ife thoroughly cleaning the surface of all dirt dust & other foregin matter etc.

Painting two coats excluding primer coat with superior coal tar epoxy paint of approved brand & manufacture of make Asian Berger or equivalent on previously painted steel/metal surfaces with brushing to give an even shade i/c cleaning the surface of all greases, dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc

Replacing of Intake Stop Logs Extraction of 6 Nos. stop logs by removing the under water silt in front of 6 Nos stop logs of intake, manually through chain pully & bucket by cleaning the area and washing out the remaining silt with the logging water (approximate quantity of silt to be removed 1 x 6 x 5.00 x 0.90x (0.60 +3.00)/2-43.20 m²) and the same is to be disposed off by mechanical transport upto a lead of 1 km, then fixing of new 6 Nos. stop logs of intake (in place of 6 Nos. extracted stop logs) as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
