Repair/Replacement to Chain Dozer BD-50 G13751

Providing and fitting of Disc plate set (10 No,s) and Disc clutch (10 No,s) drive as per part no 130-22-11320 and 131-21-43210 respectively. The job also includes removal of old and unserviceable materials and fitting of the same and complete testing.

Repairing to self-starter assembly 24V by way of providing and fitting of armature 24V,solenoid switch, Main auxillary coil, carbon brush and self pinion

Providing and fitting of track oil seal

Providing and fitting of Lower Brake Band kit part no. (110BRB0038) 2 no. each and Upper brake band as per part no (110BRB0021) 2 no. each

Fabrication/Modification to the dozer blade of chain dozer d-50- by way of providing and fixing of cutting edge plate as per part no. 110AD11104 and 110AD11112 (2 no,s each) and End Bit left and right as per part no. 113AD12493 and 113AD51049 (one no. each). The job also include complete rebuilding of cutting edge fixing plate and fitting of above materials to make the dozer blade complete for removal of snow smoothly from the road to avoid any type of damage to the surface of the road.

Repairing to track chain assy. By way of replacement of damaged track chain roller carriers (5 no,s) as per part no. 110 TF 31954 and roller double flange as per part no. 110 TF 03174 (5 no,s)

Repairing to track frame by way of providing and fitting of track frame by way of replacing damaged spring recoil as per part no. (BSPOL 40165), collar Recoil spring (110Tf03214) and Ring snap (110TF91254)

Repairing to steering clutch system by way of replacement of damaged spares and providing and fitting of Disc clutch driven(110CS02003) 6no,s, plate clutch drive (110Cs11267) 6no,s, lock (110CB11457), Bearing (CBB0113145) one no. and cage bearing (110CB31245) one no.the job also includes dismantal and complete fitting and also providing of small spares if required to make the steering system complete.
