4.Work should be executed as per DSR/PWD specification and direction of Engineer at site.
5.CEMENT: Make use Malabar cement only as per Govt. direction and in case of non availabilty of Malabar cement use Ultra Tech, Dalmia, Ramco or eq. brand in the order of preference.
6. ACRYLIC SMOOTH EXTERIOR PAINT/ SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT/WHITE CEMENT BASED PUTTY/ CEMENT PRIMER: Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolas or eq. in the order of pref.
GRANULAR SUB BASE: Quantity by level calculation & reporting to CTE as per norms
