Seat and back side frame structure also made of prime quality CRCA pressed form section 165mm x 25mm x 1mm thick welded to 25.4mm diameter x1.6mm thick ERW -1 pipe. All 8 nos. horizontal supports are 25mm x 25mm x 1.2mm thick shall be CRCA tube. Rectangular tube 50 x 25 x 1.2mm thick should be closed with CRCA welded Sheet both sides and The back pipe dia. 25.4 x 1.6mm thick should be closed with metal process with end sealing machine (Back side) and other side (Under the seat) PPCP cap complete as per drawing. Desktop, seat and back shall be made of IS: 303, 18mm thick plywood of MR grade having AA types of surfaces of OSL (one side 0.6mm thick lamination and one side balancing) and three edges must be sealed with 2mm thick PVC edge banding tape with hot melt glue standard ‘D4499 Jowatherm -280’ on through feed edge banding machine. The base material for computer table should be 18 mm thick Lami ply, MR Grade as per IS:303 with decorative lamination (0.8 mm thick) on both sides with 2mm lipping. It should provides higher resistance to heat and moisture. The understructure of the Table should be Fabricated component from 38mm x 25mm x 1.2mm thick MS ERW Tube (IS:4923) with Powder coat to the thickness of 40-50microns . Principal Chair Providing, placing/installing of Principal Chair manufactured to the specification provided below The seat shall be made of 1.4 +/-0.1 cm thick hot pressed plywood upholsterd with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. It shall have seat depth adjustment of 5.0 +/- 0.3cm integrated in the seat through a sliding mechnism. Seat size shall be 50.0cm(W) x 49.0cm(D). The back shall be injection moulded in glass filled polyamide which shall be upholstered with mesh fabric. The back shall consist adjustable lumbar support made of injection moulded polypropylene having an adjustment of 6.0 +/- 0.1 cm. Back size shall be 50.0 cm W x 68 .0 cm H. The polyurethane foam for seat shall have a density of 55 +/- 5 kg/m³. The height adjustable armrest shall be made of polyamide structure and polypropylene housing with moulded PU armtop having an adjustment of 7.0 +/- 0.3 cm. The mechanism shall be dsigned with following features -: 360º revolving type, Centre Tilt Syncro Mechanism, 3 position (inclusing upright lock) giving option of variable tilt angle to the chair with anti shock feature. The headrest shall be injection moulded in glass filled polypropylene which shall be upholstered with foam and fabric. It shall have an adjustment of 6.0 +/- 0.1 cm and it shall be assembled over the full back chair. The Headrest shall be provided with a provision of Coat Hanger. The pneumatic height adjustment shall have an adjustment stroke of 8.5 +/- 0.3 cm. The pedestal shall be High presssure Die cast aluminium and fitted with 5 nos. of twin wheel castors. The Seat is provided with a pre-moulded inserts at the bottom for fixing Mechnism and Armrests. The back foam is designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. Back size: 50.0cm(W) x 49.0cm(H) Seat size: 50.0cm.(W) x 46.0cm(D) The polyurethane foam shall be moulded with density = 45 +/-2 kg/m3 and Hardness = 20 +/- 2 at 25% compression. Seat and Back cover provided shall be made of injection moulded in black co-polymer polypropylene vacuum formed from ABS sheets. ARMRESTS : The one piece armrests made of black integral skin polyurethane with 50-70 Shore 'A' hardness and reinforced with M.S. Insert. The armrests are scratch and weather resistant. The armrests are fitted to the seat. The understructure is tubular frame in cantilever type and made up of dia 2.54cmx0.2cm thick MS ERW tube and black powder coated. (DFT 40-60 microns). Laboratory Work Bench - Sink Unit Providing, placing/installing of Sink Unit manufactured to the specification provided below - size 600mm(W) which shall comprises of Sink Cabinet, Polypropylene Sink Unit and 1-Way Goose Neck 360 Degree revolving Faucet.as per following Sink Cabinet Sink cabinet. :- The Sink cabinet shall be Welded body with load bearing members such as top, bottom and stiffeners made of 0.8mm thick CRCA Sheet. The cabinet unit shall be provided with Pair of Shutters. Shutter has a sandwich construction with profile as a sound dampener. The complete unit shall be epoxy powder coated with thickness of 40-60 microns and is suspended from tubular understructure, with an overlay shutter. The cabinet has a corrosion resistance magnetic strip as shutter catch. Shutter shall be provided with semi recessed handle and five knuckle overlay hinge (SS-304) with 270 degree opening. Cabinet fixing brackets of 2mm thickness. The cost of sink cabinet does not includes the cost of basic understructure as the cost of understructure shall be paid in Item No 1. Polypropylene Sink Assembly Providing and fixing Polypropylene Sink with PP Waste, Anti-Siphon Bottle Trap & Flexible Drainage Pipe. Sink bowl shall be Polypropylene Molded made up of 5mm thick high density and elastic poly propylene with good resistance to organic solvents. Standard bowl size shall 600mm(L) x 400mm(W) x 300mm(D). c. 1 Way Water Faucet Providing and fixing 1-Way 360 Degree Revolving Water Faucet. Faucet fittings shall be laboratory grade. Water faucet and valve bodies shall be cast red brass alloy or bronze forgings, all fittings shall be powder plated. Brass as per IS:319, Pipe as per : IS:407,O utlet nipple in PP construction. PP knob to be used. All gasket and O-ring of Nitrile Rubber make. Inlet connection 1/2" BSP. Gooseneck spout with 360 degree rotation with 500000 life cycles. Pneumatic test at 250 psi, hydraulic test at 125 psi, bursting test at 500 psi. Coating to be glossy epoxy fusion bond. The Faucet shall be fixed to the existing water outlet by providing PVC connection with brass unions of required length. Laboratory Tables - Reagent Racks Providing, placing/installing of Laboratory Tables Reagent Racks manufactured to the specification provided below - size 1200mm(L) x 300mm(W) x 680mm(H):- Reagent Racks shall be complete modular design consisting of 2 stage horizontal storage shelves made of 1.6 mm thick frame. Shelf : Fixed-Type reagent shelves have 1.6mm thickness consisting of 2 stage horizontal storage shelves made of 1.6 mm thick frame of CRCA MS sheet with epoxy powder coating and shall have 4 nos. plates (containing 03 module each) for electrical switches and sockets including necessary wiring etc. It shall have provision for placing Granite pieces. Cutout for 3 module plate to be provided. All the members are knock down and can be restructured. The metal part cutout shall be of 1.00mm thickness. The finish shall be coating of 40-60micron thickness. Load carrying capacity of 70kg for Island table. Work Tables - Electrical Trunking Providing, placing/installing of Electrical trunking manufactured to the specification provided below - size 220mm(L) x 86mm(D) x 90mm(H) including 6 Module Plate with 16A, 1 Way electrical switches & 6/16A, 6 Pin Shutter Sockets, Electrical Wire (2.5mm), Drilling of 2Nos x 12mm Holes & 1No x 25mm Holes on Granite Top for fixing and passage of wires with necessary fittings on the existing Lab Benches Granite Tops as per the site requirement. Electrical wires shall be covered with Flexible Pipe below the Table Top till the length of the Table. Trunking top panel, bottom panel and body should be made from minimum of 0.8mm thick CRCA MS sheet with pure epoxy powder coating of 40-45 microns. The front surface that houses the electrical points should have a slope. Electrical wire should be connected in series with the adjacent Trunking upto the source within the Table Length. Work Tables – Two Way Gas Valves Providing and fixing laboratory grade 2 Way LPG Gas Valve made from high quality brass forging grade as per IS 8737 2007 and machining grade as per IS:319 to avoid porosity and leakage. Taps are powder coated with glossy epoxy fusion bond. Pneumatic test at 250psi, hydraulic test at 125 psi, bursting test at 500psi. Valves should be identified with service indexes in the color coding as per DIN 12920. All the above items should be as per photo, sketch specifications & direction of engineer-in-charge.

Providing of light motor vehicle/inspection vehicle like Suzuki- Dzire, Honda- Amaze, Hyundai-Accent or equivalent preferably in white colour & having commercial registration number for inspection of works and day to day requirement cost of fuel /lubricant, wages of driver, maintenance and taxes as applicable etc. as per terms & conditions in all working days (except Sunday & Holiday) or whenever required along with driver on hire charge basis upto 10 hours per day and mileage upto 2300 kms in a month.
