Treatment Works

Contruction of 0.25 MLD water Treatement plant based on Hydrocyclone filtration technology along with carbon media, sand filter dosing pump etc including all other electrical and mechanical appurtenance works, T&P etc.

Construction of Raw water tank of capacity 50KL(2hr retention period) as per type,design and drawing.

Construction of Tube settler of capacity 50KL(2hr retention period) as per type,design and drawing.

Protection works around Intake works.(Random Rubble masonary with hard stones including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 in 20mm stone aggregate)

Pump House

Excavation of earth work in ordinary rock by mechanical/manual means in foundation trenches (including lift upto 1 m & lead upto 30m) filling watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & the side of foundation trenches.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade in 1:4:8 in 40mm stone aggregate excluding cost of centering and shuttering

centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form works

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4(Zone III sand) in stone aggregate 20 mm

Rising Mains

Excavation of pipe line trench in following strata lift upto 1.5m lead upto 30m. Including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto adistance of 60m from trenches including supply of labour, T&P etc complete. Assuming that 90% pipe line is laid in trenches, it is estimated that 75% excavation will be in soil mixed with shingle, bajri & boulders and 15% will be in ordinary rock. Soil mixed with Boulder
