S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced M.S. square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing on page no. 178 of SSR Part -II complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. square tube for top and bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip 20 mm wide stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in M.S. frame welded /sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing of page No. 174 of SSR Part -II complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards/ wall partition (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets / aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for partition wall (Pannels of 1.44 sqm (approx) made out of aluminium anodized standard hollow sections 63.50 X 38.10 X 1.95mm thick snap fit beadings, standard rubber gasket, 5.5mm thick sheet glass and 6mm thick prelaminated partical board, interior grade with decorative choice lamination complete all as specified and directed. Note :-The scope of work include for taking down existing damaged aluminium door/window/grill/panels and the unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same.

S&F 12 mm thick toughened glass as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required c including taking out old one omplete all as specified and as directed

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in floors (plinth protection) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall etc including racking out joint hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles (300 x 450) x 7-8 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over & including rendering in CM 1:3, 10 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick 1:6 cement morter including roughning surface of old concrete floor by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for light shed vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick 1:4 cement morter complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Granite (of any type) slab, 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut in skirting/dado laid over 15 mm thick cement screed (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the granite stone including cutting and polishing complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for rounding to edges of granite stone slabs one edge such as in counter type WHB platform etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for acid resistant tiles 15mm thick vitreous unglaged, set jointed and pointed in chemical resistant mortar, resin type in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortor (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stair tiles 10 to 12 mm thick as in treads / rise / landing of stair laid over 15 mm thick cement screed (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium composite panel of 3mm thick with skin thickness of 0.25mm of aluminium on both sides, sandwtiched by 2.5mm polythene core with PVDF coating of 30 micron, face fully covered with high intensity prismatic (Type-IV) sheeting conforming to type-III of ASTM-D 4956-01 and fixing the same to the structural frame work by means of suitable self tapping screws, rivets or bolts and nuts and erecting in position as in roof covering, walling, column /beam etc covering including taking out old one complete all as specified and directed Note:- Cost of aluminium frame work is deemed tobe included in the quoted rate

Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67 mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) sliding interlock (one vertical lenght in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2 + - 0.2mm thick galvanised steel frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware (Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated ), steel roller system, stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories.
