Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2m in hard stuff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling excavated earth in larges of not more than 15 thick well rammed watered and compacted including & Conveyance and all labour charges Etc.,

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewaterng if found ecessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted Etc.,

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 X 11 X7 cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams Etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and B>G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel roads for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors Etc.,

RCC 1 : 1/2 : 3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excluding centering, Shuttering and cost of reinforcement grill out including curing etc complete and also including fixing fan clamps and ixtures in rcc works wh

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc., as directed by departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Plastering surface of RCC items such as slabs, beams, sunshades with cement mortar 1:3-10mm thick including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades staircase, steps, lands slabs etc., as directed by departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Plastering with cm 1:4 mix to 20mm thick including cost of labour charges etc., as directed by departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications

Europeon water closet with all fittings and 10 lit capacity flushing tank (Toilet)

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends & clamps etc.,

Paving the floor with Vetrified tiles 0.60mX0.6mX0.008m in all floors over a base layer of Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigmen

providing weathering course with best quality of brick jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thicknes

Finishing top roof mix one course machine pressed tiles of size 20 cm X 20cmX2cm approved qty with CM 1:3 , 12mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same mortar Etc.,

Distembering two coats of oil bound distember using one coat of primer coat including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved quality and colour over a priming coat including through scrapping, clean removel of dirt etc.,

Painting two coats of new iron work with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour with priming coat including the cost all materials etc., compplete in all floors
