Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Years of Mobile Medical Unit / Mobile Health Services Experience (in case of Consortium, the Partner having the maximum number of years of MMU experience shall be considered)

Others -- Experience Certificate as per Annexure-2 to be uploaded

Implementing Mobile Medical / Mobile Health Services (in case of Consortium, collective experience of MMU / Mobile Health Service of the Partners shall be considered, and each should have been implemented for a minimum of 36 months without any break.)

Others -- Experience Certificate as per Annexure-2 to be uploaded

Experience of deploying a minimum of 25 Manpower, each year for Mobile Medical Units to any State Government / PSU / Central Government / Corporate Social Responsibility Health Project during the last 3 years (2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23). (In case of Consortium, collective experience shall be considered)

Others -- Experience Certificate as per Annexure-9 to be uploaded.

Financial Status

The bidder should have an average Annual Turnover the last preceding 3 financial years 2020-21 ,2021-22 and 2022-23
