M & L for drilling of holes in wall for fixing of split AC for passing of copper tubes and wire including making good as existing.

Material & labour for sub main wiring in replacement with two runs of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 4 Sqmm 1100 volt grade and including one run of 4.0 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS 1100 volt grade as earth lead drawn through in and including rigid PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia (external) with wall thickness not less than 1.8 mm, on surface in wall (including accessories like bends, tees junction boxes, etc fixed in wall or ceiling etc.) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note :- Two runs of cable with one run of earth wire and PVC conduit shall be measured & paid for as one length.

S&F in replacement copper tube(ISI marked) of size ⅝” or 3/8'' dia for any capacity of split type AC complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour in replacement fire resistance, elastomeric Nitrile rubber tubing (NBR) for Pipe insulation thickness 10mm of size ⅝" or 3/8'dia of split type AC's any capacity complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing flexible drain pipe ( PVC BRAIDED hose pipe) of size 15 mm dia, for split type AC any capacity and any make complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and commissioning in replacement of cable PVC sheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement sheet metal enclosure SPN with two pin and earth plug socket with & including 20Amps MCB 'C' curve single pole 240 Volt AC complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for fabrication of canopy stand for outdoor split type AC unit with and including angle iron 40 mm x40 mm x6mm, with GI sheet on the top,including welding,cutting and installation at site complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of old angle iron stand/canopy of outdoor AC unit of any size,from site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete in replacement with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normalless'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than4.00 Kg/Square metre) with PCC frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 15mm mmbore midium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI earth lead.

Supply and fixing in repairs MCB distribution board (ISI marked) TPN, 4 ways, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC, double door, vertical type with detachable gland plate, made out of sheet metal phosphatised and painted with epoxy polyster based powder paints, with 200 Amps rated bus bar and earth bar complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs MCB SP 240 Volts,50 Hz,10 kA series,confirming to IS 8828 of rating 6 to 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair MCBs of 'C' series having breaking capacity 10 KA, ISI marked including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size provided in MCB DBs of TPN 40 to 100 amp complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of point wiring complete with 2.5 Sq mm PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade IS-694 (Phase- Red/Blue/Yellow, Netural -Black and earth continuity conductor 2.50 sqmm Green) drawn through and including PVC casing caping not less than 20x12mm ISI marked ivory colour including accessories like bends, tees junction boxes, etc fixed on wall or ceiling etc including 2.5 Sq mm, single core, PVC insulated but unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade as earth continuity wire including sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes of suitable size white sheet cover for mounting swiches, sockets complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement Switch socket combination 3 pin 16A, flush type.

Supply and fix in replacement wall/floor mounted stand suitable for 1.5 TR/2.0 TR split air conditioner out door unit.

M & L for dismantling split AC/window AC any capacity and make with all its accessories and deposit to MES store to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for fixing of canopy stand for outdoor split type AC unit including painting and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 on roof/floor installation at site complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fix in replacement Stop valves, cast iron copper alloy,screwed down,high pressure,with crutch or butterfly handle,screwed bothends for iron pipe and fixed of 15 mm dia.

Supply & fix in replacement steel water tubing 15mm dia medium grade with all fittings

Supply and fix in replacement PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for plywood grade BWR any size 6mm thick isi marked with wooden scandle for window frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for fabrication of stand for desert cooler with 40mm x 40mm x 6mm thick angle iron including welding,cutting,painted with black synthetic enamelled & installed at site with locking all as per directed by Engneer in charge.

M & L for disconnecting/dismantling desert cooler any capacity from site and deposit to MES store to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed.
