Item Breakup - A-Execution of special item of work

Surveying of the ROB site for marking and Metre fixing the final alignment on ground in Railway portion of ROB duly collecting the necessry data from R&B and Railway authorities. Developing working sketches as required duly plotting the particulars on Auto CAD.Finalizing the alignment of ROB on sidening superstructure spans as per MOST drawings/specifications and marking the final alignemnt of ROB in Railway portioin on ground on approval 0f the same by Railways and fixing reference posts with Railway's Rail post at locations as specified along the alignment of ROB duly painting chainage and reference level including leading the rails from DSK/C/Depot to site of ROB, cutting to required length, making the required pit of size 0.2x0.2x0.6 m. erecting the rail post inside the pit and concreting the post with CC 1:3:6 with contractor's survey equipment, techncl expertise and instruments, labour, consumables, all lead and lifts, crossing of tracks and any other rehandling etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rails required for reference posts will be supplied by Railway free of cost at Railway's PWay depot."Rates are inclusive of all taxes and charges, no extra payment will be made. (Per metre)

Preparation of project sheets (i.e. Working plan Kilometre 1200.00 & section) to scale Horizontal 1 cm= 50m & vertical 1 cm= 5 m, showing the alignment details of curves, location of stations, nallahs, rivers, road crossing, power line crossings & road under/over bridges widths etc. complete and longitudinal section of the ground levels, alignment and proposals for construction of BG line each sheet containing not more han 5 kms. Submission of the project sheets showing the alignment & the longitudinal section of ground levels, formaltion levels, bridge proposals, station yard locations, proposal for RUBs/ROBs & level crossings with details of nallahs, road crossings, location of bridges, stations, power line crossings etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Rates re inclusive of all taxews and charges, no extra payment will be made.(per km)

Preparation major/RUBs/ROBs/minor bridges with general arrangements, new/extension to BG standards (based on completion drawing of exisating bridges/rough sketches supplied sby Ralway/, prepared on Auto CAD on 75 Micron Polythene film with Indian ink with different colour i.e. existing particulars in black & proposed in red colour with contractor's computer, stationery/staff, tools & equipment etc., complete as per specifications and as direwcted by the Engineer-in-charge. The name of the drawing shall be written billngual languagte both in English & Hindi. Note: Total 6 sets of approved copies of plans shall be supplied by the contractor free of cost to the Railways in addition to the original drawing kin " racing cloth or film and soft copy in CD". Development of GAD for provision of method of closure at LC, MAJOR BRIDGE, MINOR BRIDGE, trespassing location in AUTO CAD. 3. Drone Orthomosaic image shall be plrovided to RAILWAY in Pen drive. 4. Drawing shall be provided in AUTO CAD file. 5. Correction if any will be done by Agency till approval (including 18% GST)"

Carrying out detailed design of RCC Pipe bridge Each to be pushed/inserted under existing running Bridge tracks by pipe pushing technique or to be laid by Cut and cover method and preparation of detailed working drawings for internal dia of size 1.4 m . The work includes carrying out etailed design as per IRC/IRS bridge codes and relevant specifications and preparing working drawing of all components of bridge and protection work wing wall, return wall etc. and other misc. drawings required for successful completion of the bridge, preparing all working drawing and carrying out changes in design/drawing, if any, as per direction by the proof consultant/Railway (Profile sketch plan will be supplied by railway). Rate for design includes cost of odifications in design/drawing in accordance with railways profile sketch plan. The rate also includes design & drawing of retaining wall of varying hight
