1 Beverages/ Dahi/Amul flavored milk shall be provided on MRP.
2 Ready food packets i.e. wafers, murmura etc. shall be provided on MRP.
Contractor has to display the above menu in canteen, outside canteen and ground floor
3 both lift side passage along with the name of agency and contact no of canteen manager
for order - in big letters
4 DGVCL will pay for trainee package and tea/coffee provided to Higher officer’s only.
5 Bill for the regular tea/ coffee and other on order snacks will be payable by employees.
All utensils and electronics equipment, serving utensils etc. required for cooking/ serving
/storage /freezer shall be brought by contractor.
Clause for Evaluation of Abnormally Low Bids: In accordance with the Central Vigilance
Commission (CVC) guidelines, the evaluation of bids will include scrutiny to identify abnormally
1. Bidders submitting abnormally low bids will be required to provide written clarifications,
including price analyses, to justify their bid. The justification must consider the scope,
schedule, risks, responsibilities, and technical capabilities required for successful execution
of the contract.
2. If the bidder fails to provide satisfactory clarifications or is unable to demonstrate its
capability to deliver the contract as per tender requirements, their bid will be rejected.
3. Such bidders will be disqualified from the tendering process, and action may be initiated to
debar them from participating in subsequent tenders for a specified period.
4. The decision of the tender evaluation committee shall be final and binding in all matters
related to the evaluation of abnormally low bids and subsequent actions.
