Repair of HT transformer and replacement of LT accessories

OD28421/2022-2023:Disconnect HT transformer from HT and LT lines, and accessories, mountings etc. with all electrical and other safety measures ensured, relevant statutory guide lines from KSEB and inspectorates complied, transformer and peripheral accessories protected and move the transformer safely to the transport vehicle using proper lifting equipment and methods.

OD28587/2022-2023:To and fro transportation of 250 KVA HT transformer from Kandanthara LIS to the repair yard and back including loading/unloading (twice each), labor for securing and assistance, for distance 50 Kilometers up and down.

OD28475/2022-2023:Repair of 250 KVA KEL Make oil cooled transformer at work shop, conducting the insulation resistance test, draining out the transformer oil , open the top cover, taking out the core coil assembly, inspecting the core coil assembly for any loose connections, tightness of core, damage of insulation blocks, sleeves, brazed joints etc, brazing the L.T/ HT connections as needed, flushing the tank and radiators, checking the tap changer functioning, baking the core coil assembly in oven, replacing the entire gasket and seals, breather,Re- tanking the core coil assembly, filling back the drained oil, top up the oil up to required level, circulating/ filtering the oil, with steam line filter, and attending minor repairs to transformer tank, scrapping , cleaning and painting the transformer tank with enamel paint, testing the transformer, providing test certificate, etc as required

OD28557/2022-2023:Unload the transformer from the transport vehicle and erect at site using suitable lifting equipment, accessories and standard procedures, reconnect the electrical, mechanical and breather of the transformer including proper mounting, with all safety measures ensured and prevailing KSEB/Electrical Inspectorate guidelines followed.

OD198689/2022-2023:Check the continuity of earthing of existing panels, starters, motor pump sets and DB's and repair where ever necessary by providing additional length of suitable size GI/copper strip welding, making joints using copper socket nut bolt etc. as required.

OD198695/2022-2023:Rearranging and reconnecting the existing LT earthing from panel to earth pit by removing soil and along the cable laying as following 1. Renewal of existing 32 mm GI pipe, used for existing 25 X 3 mm copper strip with the new pipe, making connection using 25 X 6 mm nut bolt washer set at earth pit, panel and where ever required including refilling the trench using excavated soil making good surface etc. as per the direction of departmental officer at site.
