Providing Project Management Consultancy Services & Third Party Inspection For Construction Of Girls Hostel At Veterinary College, Shimoga For KVAFSU (ICAR)

The Firm should been registered with the Registrar of companies and should have a minimum of 10 years of experience as consultants having carried out similar assignments with office in Karnataka.

The consulting firm shall have successfully completed similar assignments that best illustrates their qualification for the assignment. Two similar consultancy assignment means Multi- Storied building. (Government/Semi Government/PSU) completed during last 5 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are being invited for costing not less than Rs 4.58 Crore

The approach and methodology shall clearly define the consultants approach to complete the assignment within the time frame and methodology adopted. Adequacy of the proposed work plan and methodology in response to TOR.

Project Manager cum Team Leader Must be Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum of 15 years-experience or Post graduate in structural Engineering/Construction Management with minimum of 10 yrs experience. Structural Engineer Masters Degree in Structural engineering with 5 yrs experience in design of multi storied buildings. Quality Assurance Engineer (Civil) Must be Graduate in Civil Engineering with 8 yrs experience. Senior Engineer (Civil) Must be Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum of 5 years-experience. Senior Engineer (Ele) Must be Graduate Engineer of appropriate discipline with minimum of 5 yrs experience

Average annual turnover of the consulting firm shall be not less than Rs.50.00 lakhs in the last 5 Financial years (FY 2023-24, 2022-23, 2021-22, 2020-21, 2019-20)
