Part-A installation and commissioning of 150 TPD Bio Gas plant

Summary of Work to be executed under this tender: a. Biogas Plant-Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Installation, Construction, Testing & Commissioning of 150 TPD (Ton per Day) capacity Cattle Dung/ bio waste based bio Gas/ CBG Plant including supply of plant for purification/ Biogas up gradation, cylinder filling. CASCADE filling equipments, Spares & allied Services of Installation & Civil work involving only construction of digester and foundation of equipments. b. PROM Production Unit- Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supply,Installation,Construction, Testing & Commissioning of 50 TPD Capacity Phosphate Rich Organic Manure (PROM) on turnkey basis including supply of plant &equipment, spares & allied services of Installation & Civil work involving only construction of foundation of equipments. c. Enriched Liquid Bio Fertilizer Production Unit- Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Installation, Construction, Testing & Commissioning of 100 KLPD Capacity Enriched Liquid Bio- fertilizers including supply of plant & equipment, spares & allied services of Installation & Civil work involving only construction of foundation of equipments.

d. Quality Control Laboratory for testing of incoming, in- process and produce in accordance with prevalent standards and specification of national & international nature. e. Automation for Complete monitoring, measurement and control of the plant operation, equipment and instruments of the plant for minimum human interface.- SCADA System, PLC and APC including business operation software. f. Office Furniture & Fixture including Plant Surveillance System/ CC Camera, Telephone line ,Bio- Metric, PC/ Lap Top, Printer, Net Connection etc. g. Supply, Installation, testing &Commissioning of Industrial Safety Devices- Fire Flare Unit Personnel Health & fire Safety equipments to avoid accidents & incidents and improve the environment performance of the unit. h. Related Pipe Lining, electric installation, cabling, fabrication and various jobs for installation, testing & commissioning. i. Providing Training & Skill learning & upgradation to local people/ staff in order to smooth operation of plant.

j. To facilitate Approval of PESO and other statutory approvals and subsidy from MNRE as per directions of engineer in charge. k. Earning of carbon credits. l. All lab equipments. m. Main Equipments to be provided/Procured in Biogas plant are detailed in bid document Note; Bidder has to complete the task of "SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND CONSTRUCTION OF 150 TPD BIO-METHANATION PLANT USING CATTLE DUNG & VEGETABLE MANDI WASTE TO PRODUCE BIOGAS / CBG AND ORGANIC FERTILIZER (SOILD&LIQUID) & AT DEVNARAYAN NAGAR , KOTA " in all respect. If any minor/major work which may not have been explicitly detailed in tender document but is necessary for proper functioning of individual equipment or automated plant as a whole, will be considerd in scope of work and such minor/major work including eqiupments is to be executed/provided by contractor without any cost.

Part- B Operation & Maintenance of Installed Plant and allied works for 5 years since date of commissioning and establishment of performnace.

Part -C Providing supply with erection & installation of Piping from BIo CNG Plant to individual house

Providing supply with erection & installation of Piping from BIo CNG pressure tank to individual house with accessories for the houses with Pressurizing booster, Storage vessel, gas meters, valves chambers , marker stones, cost of valve complete work all respect. Pipe MOC: PE100 with mainline dia 125 mm, service line dia 32 mm, individual houses connection with heavy duty(ISI) GI Pipe. Make: jindal or equivalent Accessories: PRS make Nirmal as per site requirement and design approved by UIT Kota.

Distribution of bio gas suitable for domestic use to households of Dev Narayan Ngar UIT Kota scheme inclusive of piping, electrical and mechanical equipment & instrumentation for safe supply, gas amount metering devices, safety devices etc, Piping Erection & Installation from service line to each house with Heavy Duty GI pipe from TP to house & flow meater (diaphragm based) MOC: heavy duty GI Make: Jindal or Equivalent
