Repairs/periodic maintenance of 250 mm foot valve installed on suction by way of extraction of footvalve from their installed position by means of cutting damaged/rusted/worn out bolts The job includes reconditioning of hinges, hinge bolts, weight plate, valve seat, valve body by way of welding, patching, grinding etc. Providing and fitting of rubber insertion cloth replacing the rusted/damaged parts, nuts, bolts, hinges etc as per requirement, cutting the old damaged/rusted MS bars of strainer and providing and fitting of new MS bars. Re-fitting to suction line and testing on full load. The job includes to and fro carriage charges from site to workshop through a lead of approx. 40 km in mechanical transport.
